I spoke with Michael, who scheduled a time to come out and give me an estimate. He arrived on time, took measurements of my floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and both bathroom showers, and was very professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how detailed and patient he was. Since this was my first home remodel, I had a lot of questions, and Michael took the time to explain every step of the project from beginning to end. He also went over the materials in detail and helped me understand which products would be the best option for my home and budget. His quote was very competitive compared to two other companies I had received estimates from, but more importantly, he made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward with the project. That level of honesty and communication is what earned my business. The project was scheduled quickly, and Michael estimated it would take about 2-3 weeks to complete. He stayed true to his timeline, and the final results turned out beautiful. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the work that was done, and I would highly recommend Pacific Construction to anyone looking for reliable and professional remodeling services.
