I was informed he has been in business for over 20 years. I am satisfied with the service, front desk receptionists are super nice and patient (which you don't get that kind of treatment in many places) the doctor definitely is a great doctor. He is patient, kind and checks on your well being during procedures. I was terrified to get my wisdom teeth removed and im not even going to lie i was more scared of the procedure than how long the procedure took. He started at 3:39pm and was done at 3:46pm 7 minutes even though one of the molars gave a bit of a hard time. My initial visit and treatment recommendations were good and the presentation of the work needed was and is very professional. I understand dental insurance is gravy money and all dental locations survive by catering to these plans, so the initial work performed was a bit oversold by her office manager, the staff and the doctor are sales professionals!. Sales 101 rules the clinic, shame that this practitioner is first a great sales person and a good dentist second!. Maybe the problem lies in the holiday rush of people using their insurance funds, time management at this clinic is poor, for a working professional like myself time punctuality is important if not critical. I was left with anesthesia already injected in my lower right side for at least a half hour by then that side was very numb, the doctor/dentist continued working on another patient in a procedure room behind me, not one single staff member came to provide an update to the long delay. I needed to take care of business and decided to leave the clinic with my mouth numb from the anesthesia given. As I got up to leave the dentist/doctor was busy with the patient and another patient in a separate procedure room waiting for dentist or other. Scheduling and time management is poor which eventually leads to unhappy patients.
