The staff was very unprofessional and unwilling to work with us as customers. We waited for an hour just to talk to the manager. She refused to provide us with a copy of all the paperwork they wanted us to sign. They have this $50 per every half an hour that you don't show up, and a ridiculous cancellation policy. So The reviews on here on crazy low while this place was actually very nice, honestly. The people were kind, the wait was short, the doctor was great. I took out all 4 wisdom teeth and a broken molar just last week and was already eating solids and minimal swelling by day 4. Here's how nice they were: After seeing the price, I told them I don't think I could afford taking out all 5, and the office manager offered to lower the price a bit and did. But I decided to only extract the bottom teeth (3 total with molar) but had an issue with the payment at first, where my card was failing and I needed to take extra time to zelle my friend and use her card. But, my friend's zelle was having issues so we had to phone her sister , zelle HER, and have her send it back through cashapp to pay with friend's cashapp card. Point is, I took well over 20-30 minutes first deciding if I could pay (so sorry, staff), and then another 20 minutes to actually pay. THEN I decided to extract all the wisdom teeth and molar literally before they started (as I'm in the chair about to get the IV). We had to phone friend's sister again to pay the difference, so same complicated payment method. Guess what? Not a single person in that office gave me attitude and everyone stayed extremely kind and compassionate. I have healed SO fast , by day 4 I was already having soft solids and my swelling had come down a ton. Thank you staff, for being so patient and kind with me. Worse dental experience ever!! I scheduled my appointment for a consultation to have my wisdom teeth removed several weeks in advance and the day before the receptionist called me as a courtesy reminder call. During that call, I asked her if she had anything earlier she said no and I said to her I would keep my original 4 pm time appointment time. I go into the office on the day of the appointment and receptionist tried to look me up in the system and then told me I told the girl yesterday I wanted to cancel. Which was completely false. The receptionist clearly had motive to cancel my appointment because judging from how many people were in the waiting lobby they clearly overbooked. I told the receptionist that and I wanted to keep my appointment, hell, I took off work early and sat in Hialeah traffic just to make it here if I'm here I'm going to stay. She informed me they were really behind and she could fit me in at 4:30 - 4:45. I tell her that is fine I'll just wait. 6 o'clock rolls around and nothing, I had not been called, updated on the status of my wait time, nothing at all. So at 6:15, it's still me and one other patient in the lobby, I approached the window and asked the young lady about how long would it be and she said "you're after her" and pointed to the other patient waiting in the lobby. Finally at 6:30 pm they called my name. I came back only to be x-rayed and left in a room to watch a 5 minute video for another hour. 7:30 pm the oral surgeon comes in and gives me my consultation which took all of 5 minutes when he leaves he told me the woman would come in a tell me about pricing - at this point in the evening no one is in the office, I had to wait in the room for an additional 5 minutes only for another woman to come in a tell me to come to the desk. When I get to the desk guess what the receptionist is doing? You guessed it texting on her phone and not making me a priority to leave after I've sat in this dentist office for 4 and 1/2 hours. Then she had the audacity to ask me when I wanted to come back for the surgery. I was so disappointed in this place I started looking up other oral surgeons my insurance would cover while I waited. I found a really good place by the name of Broward Oral Surgery Associates and booked in them the next week. Much better place. This was a complete waste of time, money, and effort. Staff is highly incompetent and rude. I would run the opposite way when referred here, poor time management and even poorer customer service. I arrived at 3:30 and didn't leave until past 7:45. Never in my life have I been at a dentist appointment that long. They can't even manage time properly why would I allow them to go in or around my mouth. read more

This is the first time I right a review, EVER ! But I felt the need to let people know of the unprofessional doctor they have working here ! My little sister (which is only 7 years old), had an appointment today. She's had some rough dental experiences therefore she doesn't like the dentist at all. Before going to any dentist we make sure everyone is aware of that. So she had already visited once before & the doctor wasn't too "pissy " then, & of course that one time they didn't even do anything good in her teeth. She was suppose to get a filling in her mollar to then be able to get her braces in. So whatever the doctor said she was ready to go & filling was done. But when she got to the orthodontist the filling was not done well at all!! So of course today she goes again & he took out a piece of paper (which is what she had filling her space) & of course that must have been uncomfortable for her since she obviously already doesn't feel comfortable there !! & he gave her the worst attitude! Why ? Cause it's almost 5 & you want to go home ?! That's not the way you treat a little girl ! Literally told my mom "I give up on her take her to a hospital & have them take out her tooth" seriously ?! Never had such a terrible experience & believe me we have been to dentist already where she's behaved terrible ! Don't take your kids here ! Friendly advice. read more

One word - Amazing. Staff and Doctor are very professional and respectful. I was referred to this office for a wisdom teeth surgery and the doctor was very knowledgeable and made sure I was very informed. He explained everything thoroughly from pre-surgery instructions to different types of anesthesia to post-op instructions. He answered all my silly questions and was extremely patient with me. The staff was very kind and down to earth, always welcoming me with a smile. They have a payment plan available which made it affordable to have my procedure done. I felt very positive about the whole thing and I'm glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews on here & came to this office. I am now home and recovering perfectly with no issues! read more
