Would give negative stars if I could. They tried to take advantage of me and my Fiancée by slacking off thinking we wouldn't say anything because we're too young women. They showed up coughing and spitting outside not wearing masks the whole time. They were purposely moving slowly literally brought in a couch cushion in one hand and that was it, when they brought in a bag of my clothes and asked where it went I pointed them in the direction of the closet and the man took 10 MINUTES to come back out. Another man used my restroom 4 times and took about 20 minutes each time. The younger Mexican man was eating a snack in my house instead of packing. When I would check on them while they were unloading they were standing inside the truck laughing and goofing off not doing anything for a solid 20min. My mom showed up and told them to hurry because she noticed them slacking off and they were mocking her in Spanish thinking we couldn't understand them but we did and they literally said "oh we need to hurry now the woman is here" and the older Mexican man asked my mom to give him a tip. read more

I would NEVER use Garcia Movers again! They are very unprofessional and do not care about customer service or treating the customer with respect. They DO NOT communicate with the office for any specifics or details. I was very disappointed in the way both of the owners treated me, they were confrontational and played the blame game....what ever happen to customer service?? My 65 year old family member was made to feel like a criminal when David Garcia (one of the owners and movers) said he was going to hold her computer for collateral while she ran to the back to get more money to pay them!!!! Giving them half-$300 cash wasn't good enough?? It should of been since they don't tell you the price until they are done. They are shady-please do not trust this company! These guys are FANTASTIC!!!! My mom recommended them after they moved her out of her condo. So, I made sure I got the same three guys for my move. David, Daniel and Reuben. They arrived ontime as scheduled. Went through my house with me as I told them what all was going. They shrinked wrapped and used pads on all my tvs, dressers and even my teenagers standup dirty laundry basket.. They disassembled all four beds and wrapped them as well. Arriving to my new house 40 minutes away, they unloaded and put everything where I asked them to. (Very patient with me since I kept changing my mind). They hooked up tvs, washer/dryer and assembled all the beds. I would recommend Garcia Movers over and over again!! I plan on social media'ING the crap out of the amazing experience I had. I did a 2 part move from a 4,300 sq ft home into a 2,200 sq ft home. First we moved the "had to have" items. A month later after selling the "ain't gonna fit" items we moved the rest. So they should change their name to Garcia Family Movers! I have literally used them 8 times over the last 10 years and I have referred them to family and friends of which 5 have used repeatedly. Jose is amazing, he has a few crews of guys, we have always opted for the 3 men option. David usually heads up our crew and when I tell you they are fast, efficient, and strategic it is an understatement. We have done cross country, load only, unload only, and full instate moves with them. No damage on any of them! They place blankets around dressers, bookcases, ,couches etc. and wrap them so you dont have to empty them. They make 26 foot trucks fit 50 feet worth of goods. Not to leave out the fact that they take apart beds, swing sets etc, and when at the final destination put it all back together. They really are apart of our family, and they have made one of life's most stressful things seamless every time!!!!! read more
