Chuleta - I've never heard of this until now, but it's smoked pork chops. It tasted like bacon and was surprisingly good. Would recommend. Tripa - I didn't have any, but the boyfriend said it's the best tripa tacos he's had. Most places don't offer tripa, and the places that do offer it cook it a little too crispy. He said this one was the perfect balance of chewy and crispy. Would recommend. Cabeza - This is my favorite taco meat and they did not disappoint. Soft, juicy, tender. Would recommend. Lengua - Their lengua obviously has been braised for a long time. Most lengua is a little chewy but this one melts in your mouth. Unfortunately we prefer our lengua with a slight chew but this was still good depending on your preference.
