They rarely answer the phone or return calls promptly, and their voicemail states they're open when they're actually closed. I was scheduled for an outpatient procedure at KVMH, but no one informed me that the office would be closed for an extended Christmas break. This left me without any way to reach the clinic for questions or concerns leading up to and after the procedure. While I appreciate Dr. Choi, the lack of communication from his office makes it difficult for patients to get the support they need. Unfortunately, since this is the only Pain Clinic on the island, I don't have other options--but if I did, I would strongly consider switching.

I am extremely active and was experiencing hip pain that kept moving around in different areas and more recently, back pain. Dr. Gregorius did a gentle treatment that helped relieve some of the pain and showed me how to do this technique and others. I practiced the techniques after our visit. By evening, most of the pain was gone. The next morning, it was completely gone. He also gave me a well thought-out plan to adjust my exercise routines to prevent and heal from overuse injury and muscle tightness. I tried more aggressive therapies in the past which only caused increased inflammation and pain.
