Pita bread
Michaela H.

Celebrated the last kid obtaining their drivers license, sigh, where does the time go!? New restaurant to us, but we wanted Mediterranean near to the DMV. Glad we went. Restaurant was clean, white table cloths, older decor and booths, but cute. Place was full of two large family groups celebrating the holidays together. Bathroom could use a better cleaning and update. We decided to get a small appetizer plate: Humus, Baba Ghanhuj, Falafel, Labneh, we opted for no grape leaves as we don't prefer them and got extra falafel instead. Portion was great. Our favorites were the Labneh absolutely delicious and perfect taste and texture, humus was seasoned perfectly and falafel was good, but I can't say it was amazing though, something was missing in taste to me. We also ordered the mixed meat entree, portion was large, no way I could have eaten it alone! We shared and still had left overs. The entree came with Kufta Kabob, beef shawarma, chicken kabobs, beef shish kabob, tzatziki, fattoush salad, pita, basmati rice. We had wanted a side of extra tzatziki but instead received a large side dish of tzatziki (we let it go, but neither of us truly enjoyed the tzatziki that much. It was bland to our liking). The one thing we absolutely did not like was the bland, no dressing fattoush salad. It literally had no dressing, no taste, not recommended at all, as the side. So here's what we did like a lot was the chicken kabobs, beef shawarma, basmati rice, beef shish kebabs, kufta kabobs, humus, and loved the Labneh on and with everything. The chicken kabobs were our favorite meat, tender, juicy, seasoned perfectly! We truly enjoyed and savored the Pistachio Baklava, so yummy for dessert! Overall we gave the place a 4 out of 5. We enjoyed our food, service was attentive and friendly. We had to downgrade from a 5 because we did not like the no dressing fattoush salad and the tzatziki tasted bland to us (we are used to the more Greek style). We will be back to try some other dishes!

Chicken kebab wrap with garlic sauce

Delicious!!! Oh my gosh. The warm pita and oil? Yes, please. The chicken kebab wrap is fantastic. I love the garlic sauce so much. What would lunch be without baklava? Friendly staff. Dining room is welcoming and comfortable. There are a couple of small tables, outside. Plenty of parking (strip mall location).

Best Mediterranean food in the seven oaks/wesley chapel area! This hole-in-the-wall restaurant is truly a hidden gem. The service is great and the food is delicious. We ordered the beef shawarma platter, lamb kabobs, and baklava cheesecake. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. I don't know why we've been going to other places for shawarma when this business is here! We're already looking forward to coming back!

We were at the Outlets and decided on Mediterranean food. This restaurant is just over a mile away and totally worth it. In the corner of a plaza, quaint, family owned, clean, and comfortable. We were welcomed and sat right away by a very sweet waitress, Sarra. She brought us some fluffy pittas with a delicious olive oil mix. We had the falafel wrap with a side salad and the chicken schwarma wrap with a side of fries. Everything was hot and tasty. Overall, delicious food and great experience. We recommend and we'll return!

"Cucumber salad" Fabulous cucumber salad & a Huge portion WOW :)...

Ohhhhhmygosh we are completely addicted to this restaurant. Everything they make is so freakin amazeballs. We are totally addicted to the Lamb Kabobs & the Turkish Lamb kabobs. The spicy versions. They also make a spicy version of Shrimp Scampi. The best I have ever had in my Life. Every time we go there we take extra home, it's so yummy OuiOui. Everything is scratch made. Their pita bread & dipping sauce is so delicious. I would go there just for the free pita & dipping sauce. It has capers or something similar in there ohmygosh everything is scratch made with love. And whoever works the grill, they nail it. The meats are always seasoned & cooked perfectly. Everyone we meet when we are there tells us the same thing, That they can't get enough of this place. The chicken kabob salad looks so good. This man we met there had it last time omg it looked fantastic! He said he gets that every time he comes. I want to try that next, I want to try everything. The smells coming out of this place ohmygosh & they use whole seasonings. The rice is so yummy it has whole cloves in it. My fave :)... This is both our favorite place here now. The Turkish Coffee blew me away. Go NOW. Highest Recommendations.

Food was good, but the overall experience was negatively impacted by an unexpected 25% gratuity added to the bill without prior disclosure. Our party was only five people, so this was surprising and should have been clearly communicated upfront.

Fresh made pita with garlic and olive oil

So we were looking for something pretty quick on the way home and saw the good reviews and figured we would try this place. In my mind, I was thinking it was another nicer, fast food wraps, etc. I was not expecting white tablecloth sit down silverware and linens order at the table kind of place. So of course I was worried for time. Let me tell you, the food came out really quickly for the top quality that it was. Very nice interior, very nice and knowledgeable staff. Fresh made pita's, that's always a winner! And we were starving so having a little bit with some of the garlic olive oil to start was perfect. Of course I got the hummus with the chicken Shawarma and then I needed more pitas, I cannot tell you how many I ate lol. Check out that picture though, that is nice high-quality Mediterranean olive oil, the hummus was delicious. The chicken Shawarma was delicious. The wrap was just not some premade Tortilla, it was a nice fresh made wrap. This place, definitely exceeded my expectations, and if I'm in the area, I will definitely stop back by for lunch! I only wish it was closer.

I've spent a lot of time in the Mediterranean and finding good authentic food is hit or miss in the U.S. This is definitely a hit not just the food, but the service and atmosphere is a plus. Everything was served fresh and in a timely manner. The servings were more than enough with plenty to box up and take home. This was a great discovery and if you're looking for true taste and experience stop by.

Came in for lunch with hubs. It's located in a small plaza on the end. When we arrived there was plenty of seating and we were greeted and sat immediately. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also very attentive. We ordered the appetizer sampler to get a tasting of a few of the options--including grape leaves, falafel, hummus, baba ghanouj and labaneh. I also ordered the Moroccan mint green tea. The grape leaves and falafel were both just ok. Grape leaves were very small and didn't have much stuffing and the falafel I thought was a bit on the toasty side but still good and enjoyable. The best was the hummus and baba ghanouj with the warm pita bread served with it. I ordered the chicken shawarma which came with a side salad of cucumber and tomato with I love. Chicken was so flavorful! The green tea was served on an adorable tray with a full pot and 2 cups. Presentation is outstanding but the pot was all metal and with the boiling water inside even the handle to the pot was so hot you couldn't touch it. I had to wrap a napkin around the handle to pour the tea into the cups provided. The cups were actually glasses and once again, although beautiful glasses, I couldn't hold the glass with hot tea unless I wrapped the napkin around the glass. Just something to think about would be to either change to actual tea cups and a better tea pot that the handle doesn't get hot or get special covers for the pot handles to help guests pour without getting burned. Overall food was great!

Every dish was packed with flavor, and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. The warm pita with olive oil was a perfect start, and the chicken kabobs were incredible.

I'd hate to go against the many great reviews, but I wasn't impressed with the Turkish dishes. Firstly the name is deceiving. It should be called "Tazza Turkish, Mediterranean, Greek, Italian and other international food". And yes, I know I should've picked up on that bit of knowledge from viewing the menu - I get it. On the food - the hummus and tzatziki apps were good , except the pita bread were just reheated pitas found at the local Publix. The coconut shrimps were not coconut. The mixed grill was ok. Lastly the kunefe was eh.. The Turkish coffee was good. Overall not impressed with the Turkish food. It wasn't terrible just not as authentic as I expected. And quite overpriced

I've actually had CAVA before, but it had been a few years since the last time I went, so I was excited to try it again. We both ended up getting bowls, and everything tasted super fresh and flavorful. I got arugula and brown rice as my base with harissa honey chicken, tzatziki and hummus, plus corn, pickled onions, pita crisps, pita chips on the side, and the yogurt dill sauce. Everything mixed together so well and had a really good balance of flavors and texture. The harissa honey chicken had a really good sweet and spicy flavor without being too overpowering. For my drink, I mixed the blueberry lavender drink with lemonade and it was SO good and refreshing. My mom got the garlic dressing on her bowl and I highly recommend trying it because it was really flavorful and paired well with everything. The portions were great, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the whole meal felt light but still filling. Definitely a place I'd come back to again!

Our server was attentive and answered all our questions. There were so many great options to choose from on the menu. Since it was our first time, we decided to try the mixed grill -- plenty of food for two people. The lamb kebab was delicious, the chicken was tender and perfectly cooked, and the beef was flavorful and well seasoned; a little more cooked than I like, still juicy. The rice was amazing! My husband enjoyed the French fries, and the garlic sauce was out of this world. The hummus was very good, so creamy. The restaurant stayed empty until we left. The outdoor space is super cute, too hot today to sit outside. For the price, the indoor decor could use a little care -- the table numbers are cracked, the two-top was crowded with the number holder, plant and candle. We had to move them aside before the food came. Given how large the portions are, one more dish and we'd have run out of room. For a place open until 2:00AM with hookah smoking, I was pleasantly surprised there was no smell at all. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.
