I wish I could give more stars, especially because this place has great reviews! We had a salad, a side of gyro and French fries. The salad was ok, the dressing was a little too sour for my taste. The gyro was pretty burned on the sides and my son would t eat it. He usually loves gyro. The French fries had a lot of crust around the potato's and left a yellow stain on my son's hands, he also wouldn't eat it and he loves French fries. The service was good and the server was super friendly. Good casual dining experience in the place. Not fancy, but good for kids. Easy in and out place I would say. First of all, the employee was unbelievably rude and condescending, acting like they were doing me a favor just by acknowledging my presence. Zero customer service skills and a nasty attitude from the moment I walked in. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I finally got my food -- there was a HAIR in it. Completely disgusting and unacceptable. I was already put off, but I tried to move past it -- huge mistake. The food tasted awful. Bland, greasy, and borderline inedible. I don't know what they're serving, but it certainly isn't anything close to quality or care. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. Rude staff, unsanitary food, and a terrible overall experience. Here what I liked: The shawarma was not traditional that I'm used to but the seasoning was still good and I really enjoyed it. Would order again. I ordered babaganush, hummus, grape leaves, falafel and grape leaves. The only stand out was the falafel. While it lacked a little in flavor, it was amazingly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I just wish it had more seasoning as I'm used to. My husband ordered the lamb kebabs and chicken wings and liked both. What I didn't like; The table was sticky. The salt and pepper shakers were sticky. The white tablet that is used for ordering and payment was black on one side from dirty hands, something a Clorox wipe could fix in 10 seconds. This really grossed me out and I suggest that paying more attention to cleaning would go a long way in my decision to return. If the place were cleaner, I would rate it 4.5 stars. read more

My husband and I have drove by this spot a few times since it's right by our gym and have been saying we're going to try it, so we finally did! Great healthy meal after the gym!! What we ordered: chicken shawarma wrap with falafel, side of shicken shawarma, lentil soup & pita. The chicken shawarma was flavorful, stuffed, and juicy. The falafel wasnt dry like it can be a lot of the time. It also comes with a yogurt sauce which was perfect with it. The lentil soup I wasn't a fan of. I was looking forward to it and hoping it was made like my mom makes it. She blends it after its cooked and only uses lentils, onions, and broth. This was still chunky soup and had more potatoes than lentils. Still good flavor but I probably wouldn't get it again. We really enjoyed everything else. Heads up, takeout still takes 30 minutes to prepare as they prepare everything to order, so if you're looking for a 30 minute lunch, this probably isn't the place for you. I really need a great Chicken and Beef shawarma. This is ok. It's been quite a while that I've been here, so I wanted to give it another try. The woman who answered the phone was nice. The male who was there when my husband picked up the food was not and made him wait quite a while when he was chit chatting on the phone. Stopped here late, 11:15 pm and they close at 12. I walked in and was greeted by a young lady and noticed the guy in the kitchen already cleaning up. I said I didn't want to be a PITA, I have worked in restaurants and know they are trying to close and asked her what she can make, that isn't going to cause more work. She pointed me to the beef schwarma wrap, and WOW!! Absolutely spectacular, I know, it's just a wrap; however, I don't usually eat Mediterranean food, and this knocked my socks off. Decided to give this place a try. The service was acceptable. My food came out a bit later than I'd like. I ordered the chicken Kabob platter. The chicken was okay. The small fatty ends weren't cut off. Just something to be aware of. The rice was very good, and the fries likewise. I was going to sit outside, but after inspecting the chairs and table and finding out that the material is peelable, I hesitated and sat inside. The utensil dispenser could use some cleaning, and this business can DEFINITELY use some new chairs and a table or two. The decoration is basic. The menu is very simple. Just enough to choose from. I got kabab that day. They have three different meat to choose. Beef, lamb, and chicken. Their meat is not actually open flame grilled. It may have grilled on flat steel plate. However, the marinated flavor is there. I got the lamb and beef. The lamb is actually best and tender. The beef is a bit over cook and become tougher to bite. I like the baba ganoush. It go well with the pita bread. The rice is too wet. Can be a bit drier. Overalls good value for $10.99. This is a fantastic little Mediterranean style restaurant. Independently owned, it's definitely one of those places you want other people to know about and frequent so that they stay in business. I was very happy to see they were still doing well despite the pandemic. My personal favorite is the wings with the sweet mustard sauce, arguably the best wings in the immediate area. Always very crispy and well cooked on the outside, juicy on the inside. As somebody with roots in South Carolina, I always appreciate a mustard based sauce. Their hummus is smooth and creamy, salads are fresh, gyro wraps are excellent, and their mint lemonade is wonderfully refreshing on a hot day. I got the chicken shwarma trying to be healthier since I came from the gym. The chicken was flavorful and wasn't dry at all. I got a side of falafel which probably was the best falafel I've ever had. It was fried but wasn't heavy, no oil, but still didn't leave your mouth dry. It was so good, I didn't even want to dip it in the sauce. As I waited for my food, I saw the gyro which was sliced super thin and it is probably the only place around here I've seen shave gyro meat correctly (thin with the crispy edges). Will definitely be back. However, this is definitely a place you either plan to wait or order ahead. Everything is made to order so we did wait 30 mins to get our wrap. read more
