It's like stepping into a mini private beach with salt rocks for sand. There are beach like chairs to relax in while you breathe deep and meditate away. Then depending on your package, enjoy a lovely facial and massage with relaxing atmosphere and calming music. As part of the package or separately I also love to get manicures and pedicures here! Pros - They can take you right away They provide deep tissue and if this is what you're looking for, they do take out the knots. Staff are friendly. Masseuse was firm with her kneading and frequently asked if I was okay with the pressure. Cons - Pay before you get serviced. This is not an option. If your masseuse is also the receptionist, she has to stop to answer the door. You can hear the people coming in because they have to ring the bell for the staff to open the door and then you can hear their conversations. When you lay down, the towel is hard to manipulate to fully cover yourself when you lie down. It's not big enough!!! What happened to having a sheet?! My whole backside was fully exposed...thankfully I had a female therapist. Vibe was very hole in the wall and prices were surprisingly higher than I anticipated. Close to what I pay back home! Final decision- I'll give this place a 2.5 stars. I liked that she took out the knots but wasn't thrilled with the rest of the experience for the price point.

I was then escorted to a room with very little light and given no instructions until I asked. The masseuse walked in w/o knocking and not knowing if I was undressed and ready for it. Her phone text tone went off a few times while my session was going. I could hear loud talking in the hallway and at one point my masseuse was called out of the room. I think she left the room approximately 4 times during my massage and never covered me up. She sat on my butt w/ a towel in between to do a portion of the massage. There are so many more horrible things about this appointment but these are the main points. Oh and lastly the Groupon included a "hot stone" portion which was never done. Do not go here!

I have been a patron of this establishment since 2021, and I want to know exactly how long customers' privacy was compromised and where recording devices were placed. They also had until 1/26/26 to appeal the decision by Hinsdale to not renew their business license.
