I should have known better... it was horrible. DON'T GO HERE. 2 days later, I was still in pain from it and they also pulled the waiting for a tip" thing other people mention. I called ahead and made sure they had chair massage and confirmed they could do that. I show up and they acted like they had never heard of a chair massage. They made me wait to "confirm" they could do it. Finally, they called me back. To ONE GIANT ROOM with people on beds! (Like a Opium den!). I was treated to other people grunting and making skin slapping noises. I was put right next to door and sat what seems to be a portable rickety massage chair. They were unable to adjust it in any way to me. The guy started- no introduction, no questions about my health or needs and ... He proceeded to ram his ELBOW into my back! REPEATEDLY. I told him 4 times in 30 min to "go softer"... his words not mine. I think he barely spoke English. I honestly thought the chair might topple with the force he was pushing me with. Its my fault- I should have just made him stop and left. But I got the feeling I was NOT going to get my money back. A few things to note...the price is a bargain for the service. We paid $49 for an 80 minute massage which included hot stones. I had a male masseuse and he was INCREDIBLE!!! This was the first time I have visited this place so I didn't know what to expect. The place was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. I opted for a 60 minute foot massage not realizing that it also included the rest of the body. I have to say that the foot massage was outstanding! Also the neck and shoulder massage was very good too. What I had an issue with was that the rest of my body was also rubbed, through my clothes and a towel but the pressure was way too deep and hard. I told the guy he was hurting me but it didn't seem to make a difference, he still kept up with the hard, deep pressure. And pushing down on my back. I have back issues and when I walked out of there, I was worried because my back hurt a lot! I would have been happy to give up the body massage for a longer foot massage. As I left, I got to really see the guy that had given me the massage and he looked like a wrestler, which explained to me why he was so rough. He seemed very strong. The day after the massage, I was very sore in my upper back, lower back and neck area. I looked because it felt like I might have bruises but I didn't. After going through this pandemics, we were worried if it's ok to get the massages. Before booking appointment we asked lots of questions and the front manager gave us all the instructions. Here is the rules, mask is required. You need to fill out the consent form(all general questions), temperature checked. They do change the sheets . That made me less worries and feel safe. I've been coming here for years and for good reason, the massages are always great and the price was good. I understand that prices have to go up through the years, however I went today and the price went up up again since the last time I was there (which was $35) so it's $39. In the past they would massage your head neck shoulders arms feet and back for the 60 minutes. Today they told me that they no longer do anything except for your forearms and your feet. For this reason, I'm going to take my business elsewhere because I really enjoyed having my neck shoulders and back done as well. There's a new place in Lombard at Eastgate shopping mall that I heard has excellent reviews and for the same price, they do everything and they even offer add ons like CBD oil and hot stone. so I'm going to check them out. read more

So, it looks like I'm in the minority, but this was just OK. Receptionist was super friendly and welcoming, processed my Groupon very quickly and then walked me inside. Music was soft and calming, but there was random chatter that I should expect, but this was way loud and wasn't helping me relax. The guy giving me a massage was nice- I always prefer to have women because I feel like the guys go super easy on me. The foot massage was pretty good, but the rest of it was seriously lacking. Worst massage experience in over 20 years... Prices online on Facebook TODAY (2/1/24) for this location on Finley Road are completely deceiving. Dishonest management. If the price is not correct, it's good business practice to simply update the website! The attached posted prices were confirmed via telecom with owner, showed proof, booking was confirmed, but they unprofessionally crossed out the prices with a pen and decided to charge everyone in our group an extra $10 when we arrived that day (just be honest). I understand prices change especially with inflation, however all your websites should reflect the same amounts. You shouldnt lie to customers by phone and then switch up the price the day of the appt. Since it was for celebration we obviously couldn't say no, but we felt that we were intentionally cheated (which is not ideal relaxation prep before a massage)... Massage is okay, cleanliness of towels is very skeptical. They should be more careful of the significant amount of pressure directly on the spine. The tipping process is intimidating they wait, stare you down, and will literally demand "more" if unsatisfied. Even though we were taken advantage of, in addition the masseuse got a stain on my white sweater from his lotion, then threw it when I offered to took it off to avoid it getting it getting ruined. I offered a tip for all I had in cash $10 for mother and $8 for myself. I thought this was a fair tip for the disappointing experience and service received there that particular day. I smiled and said thank you, but the masseuse looked upset at the all the cash. He tapped on my shoulder said 'more' pointing the credit card machine which there is an additional $1 charge to use. You are in a room with other people - but for price of their massage - I wasnt expecting a Private room and it doesnt bother me. My sore tense muscles feel so relaxed after coming here. I had come here a good 4-5 times but many years ago and always had good experiences. I would tell the person upfront that I always wanted them to be gentle because they will always be rough but they always asked if the pressure they were using was good and adjust as needed before continuing. I was reading other reviews about the atmosphere inside and I was confused until I saw the photos of how it looks now after the remodeling and I am not impressed and quite shocked that they got rid of there sheer curtains that gave you at least a little privacy. The front staff are very accommodating and polite, and the prices are competitive. Personally, I would stick to foot massage. The actual massage quality was not what I was expecting, it started with oil straight to my forehead/scalp line (surprise!), and probably over 50% of the massage was moving my skin around, not actually working the muscles. I felt compelled to shower as soon as I got home. I have heard the location farther south is more reliable and that is the location I intend to frequent. I'm very confused at all the good reviews. Obviously these people DO NOT know what a good massage is. I would 100% recommend spending 100$ on a real massage somewhere else. I'm not sure if this is a different cultural performance and if that's the case I apologize but please stick with me on this review to the end because I was so dissatisfied and disappointed. 1st. We did not go over any of my previous health conditions, pressure, what I want, and especially what I DONT want massaged. They brought me in the room, barely closed the draped, didn't tell me what to take off. So I began to undress and the lady came in not even two minutes after and then held the towel up to me while I was changing and almost naked (with other employees and the drapes open) I was obviously uncomfortable trying to hide my body and she just held the towel up staring at me. The towels were old and had tons of rips in them. You are in one big room with everyone and it doesn't feel private at all. There was a door the employees went in and out of several times during the massage with a bright light and a loud creek. So I was already not relaxed feeling. The massage tables were low to the ground and they put your feet hanging off the end into a bucket of warm water. My lower back was hurting after the massage which it wasn't before just because they strained my lower back putting my feet in the bucket. 2nd. She was hurting me and massaging places I didn't want rubbed. Jabbing her elbow into my back..into places where it hurt. A massage therapist should know where and how to massage. My girlfriend is a massage therapist and went to school for it. She knows the pressure points and everything. You could tell these employees all did the same thing with no regards to actually helping the body feel better and knowing how to do that. They were wearing gloves with not a lot of lotion so it was hot with friction and uncomfortable. They spent about 25 min on each leg and barely any time on my back and neck which is why I came in the first place but they wouldn't know that because they don't ask. She did NOT ONCE ask me how the pressure was or if the hot stones were too hot, she didn't speak to me at all. (I don't expect conversation but at least ask me how it's feeling.) 3rd. LOOKED UP IN THE CORNER OF THE CEILING AND THERE WAS A CAMERA!!! Pretty much staring right at my naked body when I was changing...!!!! I'm pretty sure you can have them in the hallways and stuff but not in private rooms.. it made me sick to my stomach knowing someone was recording me while I was naked and not knowing it. I believe that's illegal. 4th. When we left it was almost like the front desk guy was trying to convince us how good it was. And expected a really big tip. You get what you pay for and this is cheap because they have no idea what they are doing. My gf and I left feeling worse than when we came in. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere worth it. This massage place is in a strip mall and they do the foot massage with regular massages. You can do some walk ins, but appointments do help. They often have coupons, too and the massage is around $29 or $39 for 60 minutes. It has no private rooms, but they promote no talking while in the massage area and the lights are dim with soft music. They seem to be clean, putting new towels on the beds in between each guest. The person working the guest always seems to to speak English, even if some of the massage therapists might not. We have been here a couple of times and this time we did a 70 minute massage that included acupuncture. The massage was pretty good with deep pressure. However, the acupuncture was very minimal and definitely not 10 minutes. I do feel like he got most of the pain out of my neck/shoulder/back, but I won't really know for sure for another day or so. My sister and I treated my mom (and us!) to treatments on Mothers Day. Highly recommend. The staff was courteous, discreet, the facility felt very clean and private, and the treatments were amazing. Honestly, the prices are amazing but completely misleading. I had actually scheduled two different massages in the area as part of a couples retreat weekend. The guy at Feel Feet Spa ended up calling me to come in earlier than planned, I was fine with it and we were about 8 minutes away. As we were in the parking lot, he called again asking if we were coming. I thought maybe because of the snow they might be moving their appointments so they can leave early... wrong. As soon as we walked through the doors they demanded payment. (This was a completely weird practice for me, I've never paid for a service before I received it). We paid and they took us back to a room which was already full, about 8 people in there and many of them snoring. The massage itself was decent for what you pay, but I wasn't happy with the service or environment. Upon leaving, they demanded we leave a tip, which would have been fine if I was happy with their service. They have a "suggested", more like REQUIRED, tip chart, which I've never been REQUIRED to leave a tip (another odd practice). If you are going to require a tip so you can advertise a cheaper price, then it's not really cheaper. I will never go back again, I'd rather pay a little more for better customer service. read more

Anyhow, this place is super clean, and I really liked how thorough they are for doing even a 30 minute foot massage. My daughter went to our local Feet Feel spa in Downers Grove, I posted this review as this applies to all feet spas. she was unconfortable the way the man was massaging her, but this was her first time getting a massage she brushed it off. I asked her if there were any Licenses posted knowing reputable Spas post their State of Illinois Massage License, she said nothing was posted. So, I did some reaserch and found that employees at most of all Feet Foot spas are not certified licensed massage therapist. They are supposed to only do hands feet shoulders and upper backs, Not full body massages. This is probably why their prices is so reasonable. I wanted to share my daughters expierence for other young women who may have uncomfortable expierence at these places, if your uncomfortable get up and leave if they cross the line by touching you inapropriatly and hiding it under the guise of the massage, call the cops. You may want to also rethink your comfort level, of getting undressed to your underwear or even naked, your just letting a random man rub your body down. That's your choice. read more

A very affordable place for a massage, especially if you like hard and strong massages. I went to the Lemont location after visiting several foot massages in California and thought, why not see how this place is. I was impressed. It's $29 for a 50-minute massage as you get escorted into the open room with all the massage tables. They lead you to the seat and kindly ask you to remove any jackets, shoes, and socks and lie down. Your feet get soaked in hot (but not scalding) tea for 10-15 minutes and then they proceed with a foot massage and use many acupressure and reflexology techniques on your feet. You arms and hands get massaged next, depending on who is is massaging you, and then they ask you to lie face down to finish off with a back massage. It's good overall. I just wish or would hope the next time I would try to communicate to the massager to massage less hard and strong. read more
