She discussed it with him and he agreed to come out to help. He texted A to our timeframe that he expected to be here, and he actually came on the earlier side of that tanning frame. He fixed the problem within less than a half an hour. Receptionist was kind and friendly and very helpful as well as was the technician. They were very helpful in explaining details, what the situation was, maintenance going forward that I could do on my own, as well as general polite conversation. My situation for repairs went very well. I was very surprised and grateful. I expected it to be a rough day with no AC, and possibly none for days. Carl was incredible but I believe I have found an awesome replacement. After much research and reading reviews online and talking to close friends I decided to call Comfort Aire. Tracy had a technician out the same day and it was running within an hour of arrival. Unfortunately, because of circumstances outside of my control, the fix would only be temporary and the unit would need to be replaced. Matt, the owner, came out personally to meet with me and give me a quote. He listened to what I wanted and tailored the replacement to the best fit for the situation and budget. While onsite I ask for quote to install a mini-split in our 3-season room. Long story short the mini- split was replaced on a Thursday and the house system replaced the next Monday. Besides the pricing, quality of work and good communication from the office the one thing that impressed me the most was the technicians. In the course of the work and repair I had four technicians involved. Everyone of them was professional, polite and cared about giving the customer an excellent job. Purple Plumber is a one man operation and when he was away in the past, another service covered for him. That is where the good review came from in the past. I've now dealt with John, the Purple Plumber himself. What an angry, unhappy man. I work in customer service and this man hit every button of what not to do. He is a great plumber, I believe he is, but he needs to hire someone to deal with people for him. Grumpy, angry, impatient. He got so angry at me for paying within 10 days of a service call, he wanted payment the day of but he doesn't take credit cards. Hard to do if you aren't at home at the time of the service call. He wouldn't work on my type of hot water heater and instead of telling me so, he went off on me about how he hates the type I own. Wow, how is the guy still in business? Neffsville Plumbing and Heating charge $58 for a call out, use them instead. No plumber is perfect but at least if you avoid Purple Plumber, you won't be lectured and grumbled at by some old man that must hate his life and his job.
