With Winnie, it's about your face. Be prepared for some pain (she will find stuff in your skin that has been there for years that the other facialists just ignore. She looks at your skin with a huge magnifying glass. I love Winnie!). I'm in SF now, just newly indoctrinated to the world of the West Coast, but deathly afraid to waste my money on a new facialist. So, I'm itching to go back to NJ in two weeks so that I can see Winnie! I'm super picky when it to my face and body and I was all over Park Ave for years looking for the right doctor, rarely returning anywhere twice. I've been going to Dr. El Attar for about 3 years now and doubt I'll ever switch again. He's given me Botox, fillers, fat transplants, fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, repaired a torn earlobe, as well as microdermabrasion facials by his very professional staff at Derma Laser Center. Not only have my results consistently been perfect or near perfect, he is the most accessible doctor I've ever been too, available by text at all hours if I have a question and the office is closed. He takes the time to address all my concerns and if I have a special request (like a particularly subtle result) he pays attention and delivers. His office is also very accommodating with appointments and his rates are reasonable. He's always honest about why would work for me, and what wouldn't, and I've come to utterly trust his judgment. Only small glitch was 2nd visit this year the European woman said my insurance was rejected even though it's the same insurance w/no changes so i asked her to recheck & it did go thru the 2nd time so maybe a bit careless with entering info so in case that happens you ask her to double check.
