Initially I began with a Life Policy in June of 2017 which Eric was able to save me $1400 annually over another company for the same exact coverage with one of the big names. So when it came time to renew our auto & homeowners we compared prices and he was able to save us another $900 per year from our previous Insurance Company with more over all coverage for our home which is so important. Eric is so honest and up front and definitely will look after your best interest without trying to push un-neccessary coverage. More important when you call him he's there to answer any and all questions. You have to pay $10 extra to pay over the phone with a rep, $6 to pay with a robot, or wait 3 days to be approved for the option to pay online. Feels like a scam of a company and I will be looking elsewhere for car insurance. I shouldn't be charged extra because a company cannot do their job efficiently.

I clearly said no. Later, I discovered they added that same $100 fee to my renewal anyway--even though I refused it. They verbally told me a different price. They gave me a generic invoice. But somehow the cancellation fee appeared on my card's transaction statement. That's how I found out. I let it go because the overall price was still good, even with the extra $100. However, I will never return. I paid for the renewal using my Cash App card this time, so good luck trying to sneak in that cancellation fee again. Be careful with them!
