Super fun and unique place to visit with great cars. Gardner Stone was welcoming and extremely friendly towards me.

The staff was a bit confused last time we went in, but it's expected. My husband and I were looking…read morefor the Ware Manufacturing Complete Rabbit Kit which was on sale for $30 and included shavings, food, bowl, water bottle, cage, toy, and salt lick. The man who helped us try and find it was very nice and pretty patient, but he had no clue where it was. He looked just as lost as we were. He tried to help though, which was pretty nice regardless of whether he knew or not.

She just took what she was given and returned with it.The order had been transposed, she was given 4 Large Dog and 2 Extra Large Dog treatments. I thought the exchange for the correct, paid for, order would be simple. She went back in to rectify THEIR blunder, and it was an irritating experience. Initially they said the order had not been paid for. When you pickup an online order, you are told that your submitted order is your receipt, and the store gives you no receipt. After supplying more forms they acknowledged it had been paid for. To be supplied the correct items that I had ordered, and paid for, my partner had to pay an additional $7.28. I had paid $99.70 for the items I had ordered that they were not competent enough to deliver for pickup. Obviously intelligence is not a criterion for employment at Tractor Supply in Rutland. It is back to PETCO for any pet supplies I need now. James Pickett Wallingford

Champlain Valley Equipment. The best Kubota dealer east of the Mississippi. From ordering the L6060…read moreto the delivery to the service to parts it has always been "How can we help you Wayne. If they don't have what is needed it has always been let me see how we can get the part or with the pandemic they would be able to inform me of the expected delivery time once they know and they told virtually immediately". They have never said no. They have never given me the impression that my business was not extremely important to them. Every single time I have contacted them with a problem they have always bent over backwards to find the correct answer. Their technicians have been brilliant at finding and fixing the very few problems, I have had and coming up with creative answers to unusual problems that I have presented to them. THEY HAVE NEVER SAID NO WE CAN NOT HELP YOU. Champlain is the second KUBOTA dealership I have used. The first one in NH claims to be the largest KUBOTA dealership east of the Mississippi (if you know who that is, MB Tractor) and they can't hold a candle to how Champlain has taken care of me. For me Champlain has always done business the way it should be done and the way it used to be done. With the Clients yes client not customer best interest at heart with is always evident once you walk through the doors. Wayne A. Derby Bethlehem NH

I went to them for their expertise and instead they damaged my equipment, covered the part in bubble wrap so I would not see it till I got home and then refused to correct the problem. At one point I called the general manager and he never even called back-a common courtesy-. What saddens me most is I think they just don't know any better.
