Jeff, knew exactly the door we had. Then he explained in detail what we had on our hands and even threw in a referral to two locksmiths. I was listening to him, he explain the difference between the two referrals. the budget friendly referral is not budget friendly anymore, but over the phone we liked his customer service over the other. Jeff's expertise was flawless down to him running to his stockroom to provide us the parts. Since we were in a rush to get the job done & be back for a delivery. (new home owners) alert. Jeff is the "Aidan Gillen" of Hardware. But I sure caution: DO NOT use their budget friendly referral. That man doesn't have the expertise for these beautiful complex doors, we ended up replacing the mortis lock (+additional $350), then this budget guy took the wrong measurements of our equipment and shaved down the door tongue pin too far, the replacement cost us an additional $50 and change. Plus their service fee $225. Our business will be back, despite the locksmith experience. Have your own locksmith in hand, hell we found out a family friend is going to give us the family discount now. Just ask, we may even have neighbors who are experts that we can trade trades with. Unfortunately, that was not at all reflected during my visit. I was looking for gutter clips to hang string lights. Your website indicated that the item was available for pickup within 15 minutes at this location. Based on that, I chose to go directly to the store instead of placing an online order. When I asked for assistance, the employees told me they "could not even begin to know where to find it" because the item was buried in the back as a seasonal product. This was already frustrating given that your website clearly showed the item as readily available. I asked if placing an online order for pickup would prompt them to retrieve the item. I was surprised when they told me they would not fulfill it and would simply cancel the order instead. This experience was not only unhelpful but also discouraging. It felt like there was no willingness to assist or find a solution. Additionally, while these gutter clips may be categorized as seasonal, they are commonly used year-round for backyard string light not just for holiday décor. I left the store feeling frustrated and let down. I expected a much higher level of customer service, especially from a brand that emphasizes helpfulness so strongly. At least they had pie.

Don't buy Pokémon cards from here. They are resealing and selling them…read more So, I went in and got a Booster Bundle, slightly below scalper prices, but significantly above MSRP. The guy who brought the cards up, looked like he was mad at me for some reason, and was being very short, and asked for my signature, before even giving me the product. I didn't think much of it, but it felt like he just wanted to get me out, and on my way. My mistake was not looking at the product closely, and inspecting it. I just took it to my car, sat it on my seat and drove home, since it's ACE Hardware, a reputable store. When I got home, I already had 3 other bundles, that I had picked up from a few Pokémon Vending Machines over the last week or so. I noticed that the one from ACE Hardware had a significant thicker, and tighter seal wrap. It felt like a completely different material. I then opened the packs, and I noticed that almost every pack from the ACE bundle, had little openings in the top corners of the individual bags, which none of the other packs had. They also were significantly harder to open, compared to every other pack. Lastly, one of the packs from ACE had a Pokémon card that was near the middle of the pack, was warped. It was significantly bowed, while the other cards around it, we're perfectly straight. After searching online, and doing some research, these were all signs of being a resealed pack. I collect them for fun, and just started. So I just hope they aren't fake cards, and are just resealed "bad pulls" or whatever. I didn't expect to get any good cards, so I don't care too much. But, be warned.
