But as far as painful procedures go, this was a wonderful experience. Dr Fisher talked me through the whole process. She kept me distracted by talking without making me feel like she was doing so. The doctor spent an entire 2 minutes looking at the toe and telling us all was well and then a few weeks later we get hit with another bill for $180 for an office visit. Now I don't have a medical license but I can tell when something is healing properly so the follow-up appt was certainly not necessary, especially when we weren't told it would cost us nearly $200 to come back. After voicing my concerns we were only given a discount, no apology and no explanation. This isn't what I consider honest business practice and I will definitely not recommend anyone to ever go here.

I can not even describe how happy I am with results of the surgery. Like any reasonable individual I have some "not so good days" as chronic lower back pain is no fun. I've lived with pain over 4 years and then decided on a surgery. I regret only one thing - I did not do it sooner. I was referred through a family member's friend to see Dr. Doorly. I had a failed back surgery in…read more2013 after 7 years of back pain, which caused further damage to my spine and collapsed discs and pinched nerves. My original surgeon suggested therapy with narcotics and nerve medications, which left my hands shaking and made no impact on my pain. I was unable to sit for more than 5 minutes at a time due to the constant nerve pain down my left leg and buttocks. I was not able to participate in activities with my child due to pain and exhaustion. I could work, come home and lie down. This was not living. Enter Dr. Doorly. He held my hand as I cried in frustration that I needed help. He listened. He was honest and human. His bedside manor is second to none. He said he could not take all of my pain away given my situation, but that he could relieve it by approximately 75%. I had spinal fusion, laminectomy, discectomy and bone grafts with Dr. Doorly May 1, 2014. Within two weeks I was feeling relief, was able to return to work after 6 weeks post op and have been nearly 90% pain free since. I no longer rely on medication for pain relief, and in rare instances, I take an over the counter pain reliever. I am thrilled with my results and progress and I owe it all to Dr. Doorly for taking the time to listen and act on my situation to get me back in a routine again. Thank you Dr. Doorly. I don't see the purpose of having to sign and initial the same paperwork for EVERY single visit. The last 3 visits I had within 7 days of each other. For all 3 of those visits, I was asked to initial and sign the same paperwork. This practice burns a ton of paper, which is wasteful and certainly not green. You are here due to pain whether it is in the arm, shoulder, leg, or any part - there is pain involved. The last thing anyone should expect when arriving is to wait for a long time to check in. Fortunately this facility will close and move to the new spine center under development. I am looking forward to that location instead. In the meantime, this location should focus on becoming more efficient with reception. My doctor is very good and the technical staff who support him. I certainly recommend him for pain management.
