She's always consistent and professional. She pays attention to detail and her way of threading is slightly less painful compared to other eyebrow artists I've experienced. I have been here 4x for threading. I was introduced to this spot by a close friend of mine that works in the area. I had never had my eye brows done by anyone before, let alone threading, so I was clueless where to go. To prep for my first threading, I had let my eyebrows grow out for about 4-5 months. I have relatively thin eyebrows, so by the time April came along I was ready to go. To be honest, I was a bit nervous and skeptical at first. My friend being a super great friend, tagged along with me the first time, to make sure I get the same lady that does her brows, Binu. Binu knew that I had grown my eyebrows out for months to get them shaped. She also new that I wanted them thick as possible. I did 3 visits with her, and each time, she kept telling me, "don't pluck, a few more visits and they will fill in." I listened and my eyebrows continued to fill in. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I go in and Binu has been let go. Not knowing any better or anywhere else to go, I let some other lady take care of me. Lets just say, many months wasted. She completely disregarded the fact that my eyebrows were in a working progress to thicker brows. She threaded away until I finally realized that she had went to thin for my liking. I was very disappointed. 3 stars, because thanks to Binu my brows look so much better than they did in 2015. I also feel $6 is fair and parking is never an issue. read more

Came in here with my brows drawn in how I like them. I asked her to only clean them up and she ended up reshaping them. When I looked in the mirror my right eyebrow was higher than my left. She took off so much hair in between me brows that my brows have no shape. When I told her she said my brows were like that. Never coming back. I went in to try eyelash extensions refills because I saw that refills were only $15. I asked the lady if they have lashes the same size as what I have on but the lady said She does not know if hers are the same. She didn't seem too confident or that experience in doing lashes which was nerve wrecking. I've been doing my lash extensions elsewhere for over a year and half and I was surprised this place was so cheap, that's why I was curious and wanted to give it a shot. Usually when I get my Lashes done, the technician always put eye pads on the bottom of your lashes so the glue on the top does not stick to your bottom lashes. Also they usually put tape to lift up your lashes to see where to stick the lashes. However The lady did not do that and my eye was glued together so she had to try and open my eyes which hurt and the glue burn. My eyes was so watery. It felt like the lady was rushing and did not really care. No wonder it's so cheap at this place. After I left, my eyes still felt like something was still poking my left eye. It was so uncomfortable I couldn't see on one side, so I had to lift up my eye and notice one lash was way too close to my eye so I had to use a tweezer to pull it out. I wouldn't recommend to do lashes extensions here. They are probably more known to do eyebrows threading instead. read more
