They have some incentive for you to make sure you're brackets don't brake and you keep you teeth clean. And many other opportunities to earn beach bucks which can be redeemed for prizes. Their appt reminder slips are coupons for tacos across the street. They have toys for other children to play with while waiting. The staff is all so kind and welcoming. My kiddo is always excited for her appt. The office theme is very tropical and fun. They announce patients birthdays and celebrate when you get your braces off. Every staff member treated my 7yr old daughter very well and made her first visit to an orthodontics unforgettable. Ann was amazing! She ensured that we understood everything that she showed us, walked us through the treatment and other programs and was just such a pleasant person to talk with. They have a really awesome token reward process for their patients. You can earn tokens each visit by doing things as simple as wearing their t-shirt to each visit, brushing your teeth well, plus much more. You can earn great prizes if you have a specific amount of tokens! They truly care about their patients and are very understanding when it comes to payment for their services (ex. very reasonable payment plans). Looked up a few orthodontist in my area and planned to visit a couple before making the decision…read more Well after coming to R&P for my daughter's orthopedic journey, we ended up scheduling right away. Meeting with the staff and orthodontist, I felt comfortable that she would be in the best care. We got an appointment right away and off on her journey she was. After a few weeks I already seen a different in teeth. Orthodontist did not think she'd have to wear it for even a year. At this point it's been 9mo and her teeth are straight, just working on her bite. Hopefully at her upcoming appointment we'll hear that no more trays are necessary and we'll be done soon. I should've mentioned that we went with the Angel Aligners (Invisalign) rather than metal braces because my daughter plays sports. I've seen wayyy too many injuries to the mouth and was told that the aligners acted as a mouth piece which made my decision easier. I felt at ease spending more money for the safety of my daughter.

Amazing, friendly and compassionate service from the time I called to schedule, to my checkin, and the procedure with the Dr Holub. Turned out that I needed a root canal and crown. Staff went above and beyond by calling and getting me in with the specialist right away to have my root canal done. Then they got me right back in to have temporary crown put on. When it was Lydian the place was clean, had friendly staff, and the dentist was excellent. Lydian didn't push unnecessary procedures. Both my wife and myself rarely ever have dental problems. Now suddenly the QC District Dental random dentist says my wife and I each have multiple cavities that need taken care of ASAP! That's the other thing - we never see the same hygienist or dentist anymore. Lot's of turnaround in the office. We went for a second opinion and we don't have the cavities this place says we had. We will not be returning to QC District Dental. Sad to see a good local business go to waste.
