Looked up a few orthodontist in my area and planned to visit a couple before making the decision. Well after coming to R&P for my daughter's orthopedic journey, we ended up scheduling right away. Meeting with the staff and orthodontist, I felt comfortable that she would be in the best care. We got an appointment right away and off on her journey she was. After a few weeks I already seen a different in teeth. Orthodontist did not think she'd have to wear it for even a year. At this point it's been 9mo and her teeth are straight, just working on her bite. Hopefully at her upcoming appointment we'll hear that no more trays are necessary and we'll be done soon. I should've mentioned that we went with the Angel Aligners (Invisalign) rather than metal braces because my daughter plays sports. I've seen wayyy too many injuries to the mouth and was told that the aligners acted as a mouth piece which made my decision easier. I felt at ease spending more money for the safety of my daughter. read more

This place is awesome! They treated me so well getting my braces on for the first time, I'm 35 and I was quite nervous. The staff were all very friendly and warm and genuine. They also gave me cookies and dippin dots. I love treats! They were so great with my four year old as well. I had to bring her they have iPads available to occupy the littles and juice available to drink! This place is delightful. Great staff and orthodontists.

I was referred to Rollins by my General Dentist for braces. The office was very clean and the ladies at the desk were very nice. My visit with the ortho was not so good. When I asked why I should choose there company over the other ortho offices that I had visited Dr. Rollins response was,( isn't it obvious, your dentist referred you here.) This was definitely not the response I was looking for! The next turn off was the price was 1200 dollars more than any of the other quotes that I received. I won't be getting my teeth fixed here!!! read more

Nice offices and staff. Hard to schedule appointments as they fill up quickly. This business looks out for themselves. They go out of their way to find the best way to bill your insurances(s) with their pocket in mind first, you the client second. Be very careful of your own coverages because they will screw you to benefit themselves. read more

We see Dr. Rollins for my son's braces and have seen Dr. Petersen on occasion. Both doctors are extremely professional and have shown kindness, patience and professionalism during our appointments. The front office staff and assistants are consummate professionals and were completely understanding when we forgot an appointment entirely and had to reschedule. We're almost done with my son's treatment and will be starting child #2 within the next few months. Everyone is beyond sweet and hrlpful, they answer all questions, they're family-oriented (even welcoming our toddler to meetings and appointments), and they have several flexible payment plans. Today my daughter got braces. She was actually excited to get them. The staff was extremely patient and willing to answer our questions. They took time with us and made her feel extremely comfortable to ask questions. They also had "entertainment" for my other children while they waited for their sister. I was nervous for her, but overall the experience was great. The "rewards program" is a great idea. They are designed to hold the patient accountable and prizes for doing a great job. Not only do they want their patients to be good brushers, but also good people (community service, good grades, etc.). What a wonderful program and dentist. Glad we are apart of your team! read more
