I love Glauser-Williams! My son had his braces put on in 2012 so we've had lots of visits. Each appointment has always started on time! This is a biggie, right? We're all busy and may have jobs to schedule around and so forth. Glauser-Williams understands that! The way their system is set up offers a great deal of efficiency. My son comes into the office, signs himself in on a computer (which is an extremely easy process), and watches maybe 5 minutes of a movie before he's called back. A video game console is available as well to lessen the boredom of those 5 minutes or for the poor siblings that get dragged along to the appointment. The staff is friendly and easy going, even when your son forgets he has an appointment and rode his bike to school then decided to stay after for something. Not that that's ever happened to me... Dr. Williams is always happy to explain anything you might have questions about and the best part is that my son gets ice cream after the appointment. I do too if I want it. :) Cost was comparable to other Orthodontists but with the coupon we were given (by staff at our first appointment), the cost was less. The location is very convenient being close to my son's school. Overall, we've had a wonderful experience with Glauser-Williams. You can tell that they have put a lot of effort into creating a positive patient experience to go along with excellent care. Glauser-Williams Orthodontics was a really great place for me. Dr. Williams has been a great orthodontist for the two years that I had braces on. He and the nurses took good care of my teeth and gave me instructions on how to improve them. The nurses that helped me worked so hard, as well as Dr. Williams. I couldn't thank them enough for my straight teeth! The entire staff are really sweet and respectful. And now that my braces are off, I couldn't be happier with the way they turned out! The Invisalign and metal retainer have been keeping my teeth straight and are really helpful. So I would recommend going to them for future teeth needs! read more

Lisa at Glauser*Williams went above and beyond by calling my insurance company to double check my deductible. The others all told me my insurance covered cosmetics ONLY. The staff in this office is amazing, so polite and the staff explained things as we went along; from calling to scheduling the appointment all the way through the office visit, everyone was very helpful. They were able to schedule us promptly and the apt went along quickly as well. They made my two kids feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.
