Was very happy when this was Lydian Dental. Since Lydian sold to Queen Creek District Dental it has gone downhill fast. When it was Lydian the place was clean, had friendly staff, and the dentist was excellent. Lydian didn't push unnecessary procedures. Both my wife and myself rarely ever have dental problems. Now suddenly the QC District Dental random dentist says my wife and I each have multiple cavities that need taken care of ASAP! That's the other thing - we never see the same hygienist or dentist anymore. Lot's of turnaround in the office. We went for a second opinion and we don't have the cavities this place says we had. We will not be returning to QC District Dental. Sad to see a good local business go to waste. read more

Great dental office! I took my 2 year old here for his first dentist visit and it went great. The hygienist and the dentist were both super nice and professional. They were very patient and figured out ways to look at his teeth that didn't involve making him uncomfortable in any way. I was worried about taking my son to the dentist because I had really bad anxiety about dentists as a kid, but he actually cried when we left because he loved this office so much. If you're looking for a kid friendly dentist office, this is your place! I'm so glad I found them and will definitely be making appointments for myself and my other son as well. read more

I can not express enough how grateful I am to this entire team. From start to finish our experience was amazing! My son has being seeing a dentist fear free since he was two (now 7). Our previous pediatric dentist office discovered he had four cavities. When we went in to have his fillings done they kept expressing to him that he will have some pain and my son began having a panic attack and couldn't complete his appointment to have them filled. He developed an irrational fear of the dentist from this point forward, so irrational walking in the door made him cry. Dr. Cook and Tiara Miller are not only professional but SO caring. They were patient with my son, took their time, talked him through it. Even though he was a "difficult" patient compared to others they never stopped caring about HIM. When the other dentist office told my son "we have other kids who are brave and want to get seen today" Dr Cook told my son "we have all day to make sure your ready" Not only did they give my son the attention he needed they do HONEST work. Dr Cook only saw ONE cavity and he told us it was so small we could wait until it began to bother him. We chose to remove the cavity and fill in the teeth with sealants as prevention. And my son was able to have the procedure done because of the efforts of Dr. Cook and Tiara! The office is beautiful and modern, the staff is friendly and so kind. The entire office new my son was in that chair struggling and praised him once the procedure was done. We will not be going anywhere else. Thank you for treating us like family. My family started off being patients of Lydian before it became QCDD we loved when it was Lydian everyone was so friendly and professional the Dentist's were awesome! Now that its changed to Queen Creek District Dental the vibe is off. My 18 year old daughter has never had a single cavity and at her first cleaning this year still clear of cavities, her second cleaning this year she was told she had several cavities, nothing has changed in six months except for the dentist. As soon as my daughter got home she was angry, she told me the dentist was very rude to her which made me angry, then I get her treatment plan via email and I was shocked and my guy told me it wasn't right! I found a new Dentist, got her in for a second opinion and my I intuition was right NO cavities! What makes me infuriated is if I had just paid to get her "cavities" filled my daughters healthy teeth would have been damaged for no reason and we would've been scammed out of 800+ dollars. I hate writing bad reviews but this needed to be shared! Our new Dr probably thought we were going to be "problem patients" I could see she was just as shocked as we were when she didn't find one single little cavity. read more

I rarely ever leave reviews, but this place is very concerning from a medical perspective. Especially since I have the same concerns that several others do below in their reviews. We were new patients here, my husband, son and I, after moving to QC we needed a new dentist. After the x rays they told us we have 5 cavities each, 15 cavities!! We've dedicatedly gone to our previous dentist in Mesa every 6 months, and we haven't had cavities in years. My husband hasn't had one since he was a teenager. So this was a little crazy to us. We went back to our previous dentist and after repeat X-ray, we had NONE. Not only would this have cost us $1500, but this is borderline malpractice, if not flat out. Drilling in to healthy teeth...Also, how is this practice even allowed to keep the 5 star yelp reviews that were 5 years old and prior to them changing from Lydian dental??? This place is amazing! Very modern and clean, plus the staff is so considerate. They are very thoughtful! For someone that has an irrational fear of going to the dentist they really know how to make you feel at ease. When I was offered water I had the option of cold or room temperature. I get brain freezes very easily and I struggle to drink really cold water. It's the little things that matter, now when I go in they remember that I don't drink cold water! Simply amazing! Doctor Brodie is so good too! I have so many questions (because of my irrational fear) and he's always ready and willing to answer all my dumb, ridiculous questions. He always does great work and I have never felt pain while getting worked on. Very thorough and careful. read more

my first visit. cleaning and xrays were fine. went downhill when the dentist stepped. any dentist that is not able to do a root canal i not much better than a dental assistant. this dentist is unable to do a root canal. will not be returning. my 2 previous dentists over a 45 year period could perform a root canal. shows me lack of proper training. read more

I can't say enough great things about this dental office. Everyone is super nice and they really pay attention to what you say. I'm receiving dental and ortho treatment at this office and my husband and I are new patients. I've been in getting set up a few times in the last two weeks and they remembered me saying our pool was just being finished and both of my boys have had birthdays in the last two weeks. An amazon package showed up today with diving toys in celebration of my boys' birthdays! We are new to Queen Creek and so happy to be a part of this great town and what a great dental office to go with it! I highly recommend Lydian Dental. read more

Ok. let me just start off this review by saying how much i hate the dentist with relentless abandon- but my experience today at Lydian Dental with Dr. Brodie changed my world. Literally everyone in the office is caring, compassionate, easygoing and they really care about your dental care- absolutely a gem in the healthcare industry. Everyone at Lydian has been AMAZING to work with! I just walked in because they are in the neighborhood, but I couldn't have asked for a nicer group, from Doris in the front office, Jackie the hygienist, to Dr. Brodie. We ended up going two nights in a row - just because the schedule worked out that way - and all three kids thought it was a treat. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Cook, his dental assistant, Doris, and the entire office staff at Lydian dental. They crafted me a beautiful crown that is picture perfect! The translucency is spot on. They are caring, professional, and perfectionists. They make you feel comfortable and truly take their time. The office is high tech with check ins on an iPad. Each dental work area is equipped with Netflix. They even have a machine to make crowns in office (only a small percentage of dentists have this). Doris and Dr. Cook are wonderful and keep you smiling, literally, throughout your entire appointment. They may even sing along to the office music (don't worry, they have nice voices!) :) Give this office a chance, you won't be disappointed. read more

This was the most pleasant experience. Let's face it everyone dreads the dentist. But this dentist and his staff are so professional,and nice and friendly. They made me feel at home and eased my dental fear from past dental experiences in my life. I made a referral and was given a fifty dollar credit. The office and restroom and treatment areas were impeccably clean. I just moved to this area and I hope to be a patient for a long time. Hannah did a great job. She was very patient and explained everything to me as we went along. It is nice to be able to reprogram my brain that from this Dentist and his staff at least I have no fears and nothing but trust. My husband and I had an amazing experience with Dr. Brodie and his outstanding staff (Hannah, Justine, Jessica and Doris). As soon as we entered, we were warmly greeted by his friendly front desk, given a tour of the lovely facility. We were seen right on time by the dental hygienists, they both were extremely throughout. Once we met with Dr. Brodie, he made us feel at ease and I really appreciate his conservative philosophy. I had been told by a previous dentist that I needed laser cleaning and was happy to hear from Dr. Brodie that was not needed. My husband had his very first cavity and was able to be fit into the schedule to have it filled following our teeth cleaning. Dr. Brodie must be magical because my husband honestly didn't even realize he had been given a shot to numb. We will definitely be life long patients after this truly amazing experience.
