This was the first restaurant I checked out when in Rio, and on my first day, me and my friend oonly had a few Cerveja's. The beers are all decently priced (ranging from R$ 7.90 to R$11.90 depending on Chopp - Draft or bottle or Lata - Long Necks).
Service wise, absolutely no problem. For food, we shared a Grilled Pork (can't remember the exact name) but this was served with some delicious fries, rice and an orange. The Pork was absolutely brilliant and we both enjoyed our dish thoroughly.
We then visited again to try out their hot selling and what I personally thought as the most delicious local dish - Picanha a Brasileira. This is absolutely amazing! Tender, delicious beef cuts served on a sizzling plate, with broccoli rice, fries and if requested, a very spicy sauce (red chilies in vinegar). As unhealthy as it looks (and probably is) .. this is what we had for 2 consecutive days at the same place! Now that should something about this dish!
For drinks, we always got the Caipirinha which were really good with perfect amount of sugar in it. They also had a decent kick to it, so they are quite generous with their Cachaça too!
Special thanks to our server Eduardo who always took good care of us!
Taking away 1 star only because they forgot our order one night. They apologized a lot but then service after that nice was just top notch! read more
