This location was competitive in pricing and understood how Amarr handled warranty repairs. They sent a guy out the same afternoon. Unfortunately, they sent him with the wrong part. He tried to make a temporary repair, but that didn't hold. It was late in the day, so he said he'd get the right part in the morning and be back. He took care of it quickly the next day. At this point, they were better than the company that didn't understand how Amarr handled warranty repairs, better than the company that didn't get around to returning my call until 7 am (ugh!) the next day, better than the company that wanted $125 for the repair. Here's the problem, the technicians did not re-tighten the bolts once it was fixed. That was 7/9 Tuesday, today 7/16 Thursday, I open my garage door and I see a bolt drop from the same place they loosened the two bolts, so I look closer, the second bolt was about to fall out as well. I contact 5 Star, I sent Daniel (the so-called owner) 3 pictures. Daniel says it's going to cost me another $150 to come back out and repair his poor-quality work. I strongly suggest not using 5 Star, they operate with zero integrity or quality.
