It could have had some more meat on it but the owner and I talked and we both know the butchers these days are cutting them a little to close. Next time I want the brisket because if the rib tasted this good I can't wait for the brisket. Our pork ribs on the other had were extra meaty. Tender and juicy. The atmosphere is just what I like in a classic but comfortable BBQ restaurant. On a hot rainy day, AC is much appreciated... Until my next visit, we look forward to returning.

The two plates cost over $50 and it was the worst 50 bucks I've ever spent on food. Absolutely the worst beef ribs I've EVER come across. AVOID THE BEEF RIBS AT SILVERADO.
