He installed the sink and went on his way. The charges were very reasonable for the work. And that's when I became a total idiot... I noticed cracks in the sink's bowl. I called Jayk's. The person asked for a snapshot of the problem. I sent it and (honestly) said I didn't remember if there were crack that large before. A minute later Jayk's sent me a photo of the pre-work sink. Yep... there were the cracks. I apologized profusely and they were cool about it. Apparently the old ugly faucet was all I could notice. So...yeah...I'm a dummy who has become too used to contractors creating as many problems as they fixed. Not Jayk's though - they're great.

At one point, parts and screws fell out all over the floor while they were struggling and trying to remove the unit. I have a bad back the 'tech' said. Finally they gave up and/or I fired them. The GE tech (that I should have called first) diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, ordered a simple part, fixed our nearly new GE oven under WARRANTY. BMS Techs are trained to 'rip off' the customer any way they can think of, previous unsatisfactory gas dryer repair. STAY AWAY. They're not honest and they're INCOMPETENT.
