To be seated in one's downstairs working on a Sunday and think that someone was upstairs showering, only to find that a toilet, without even being flushed, decided to fail and pour water through the downstairs ceiling, lights and air vents, well, let's just say, it was a hair raising Sunday. After screaming, turning off the water, and emptying an entire linen closet of towels to manage the flood, I picked up the phone and went down the list on google to find help. Admittedly, Jordan's plumbing was the first I called, but when I got a voicemail, I continued down the list. On my next call, and after speaking with a gentleman about the issue (who I maintain I had awakened from sleep), I was not satisfied. He also stated, "it would be tomorrow" before they could come out, but at that point, I had three huge yellow (fish aquarium) buckets collecting water below, watching my ceiling in such decline, and was looking for immediate help. Shortly after the gentleman and I hung up the phone, the SWEETEST lady called me back. She was in transit to church, but after being able to return a missed call, she wanted to make sure I knew that they could assist me. Her name was Rita, and she quite frankly is what initially sold me on utilizing this company. She did absolutely everything she could to calm me, reassure me, and while they could not make it to me on Sunday at a time me and Mr Jordan were mutually available, she made sure I felt confident that they could get the job done. I felt, and communicated to her, that I believed in Divine intervention, and I just knew they were the right company. In fact, so much so, I would cancel the previous work order from the first company. Today, even more promptly than I expected, I was greeted at my front door by one of the NICEST technicians, Demarkus. Let me tell you, from the moment he entered, until the moment he left, I actually felt assured that this was the right person to assist with the job at hand. The lady of the house also agreed. Demarkus assessed the situation, found what he believed to be the issue, and then made recommendations for repair while answering 10000 questions from said, lady of the house, and whom uses said possessed bathroom toilet. We agreed to move forward with the work from Jordan Plumbing even though said lady of the house can fix anything, including cars. We did so for several reasons, one being that we ensured we had the appropriate documentation for homeowners, the other being, and mostly because the service was so dang good! I know this was a long post, but sometimes understanding the full story, others can appreciate the level of services offered. Most importantly, the work that we had done was reasonably priced, even though I thought my eyes would flood like the ceiling the day before from cost of draining my wallet like that toilet drained the day before. While no one wants to pay for things like this, I am grateful that at the very least, the service alone was worth the price to pay to repair. SERVICE IS SO IMPORTANT! THE MOST IMPORTANT! They excelled on every level for service. I recommend that if you have something go wrong in your home, or you need any plumbing assistance that you contact Jordan Plumbing and Maintenance. I called Monday afternoon to see if someone could come out in the next four days…read more(guests staying for the weekend) to fix a moaning toilet, a leaky shower, a low-pressure shower, and a maintenance check on a water heater. After calling several other companies--Cary Plumbing, Waite Plumbing (who never answered or returned my call), Michael and Sons, etc.-- Bizzy Bee was the only one able to come that week, and although it may have just been luck, the scheduler said there was a cancellation and the very next day just opened up. The interaction was quick and easy; the only slight snag I might have is that Bizzy Bee works on an inspection fee (was $60 for me) first and does not give out estimates over the phone. This is understandable, because who knows what mess a plumber will be walking into, and, if we're all being honest, if we're calling a plumber to fix the issue, we're not as knowledgeable about the issue as we would like to think. It is a bit problematic if you take a day off work and the job ends up being bigger than expected (or parts need to be ordered), but I rather get the issue fixed correctly and have an accurate price quote after it has been looked at. The plumber who came out was Kenny Hoggs, and he is awesome! After a discussion of the issues and some inspection, Kenny went back to his truck to negotiate price with a supervisor. He came back and was upfront about how long it would take and what parts he would use. I have the benefit of having a father (lives across the country from me) who has been a plumber since he was 16; I, sadly, did not follow in his footsteps (the trades are booming, people!), and only picked up some basic skills. Yes, if I had the tools and the time, could I probably fumble around for several days and fix my issues while watching poorly lit YouTube videos? Maybe. Would some of it leak and potentially cause thousands of dollars of damage? Likely. I ran all the issues past my Dad and he let me know the price range I could expect for what I needed. Bizzy Bee came just under the average he suggested; as an expert in another field, I think the reviews discussing the expense of plumbing services need to remember that you are paying for expertise from a licensed plumber--not just the services being provided. Would you take the cheapest surgeon available for an important procedure? Kenny fixed all of my issues in three hours, was informative and open to any and all questions, and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I can easily say it was one of the best interactions I have had with a service provider. As long as Kenny is around, I will 100% take all of my plumbing needs to Bizzy Bee. Highly Recommended.

His contemptuous reply was much more troublesome than the fact that he refused to believe our photos and documented facts. We didn't call Bizzy Bee because we assumed that the mold inducing leak was not from the new toilet they installed just months before. We called Triangle Home Repair who noticed...after they had assessed the source of the leak, noticed that when the toilet was flushed, a new batch of water would emerge. Once it was reinstalled with proper wax ring...the problem was solved...after $1500 worth of repairs to damage. Mr President talked down to us as if we are stupid or liars, which I found inexcusable.
