Went in on a Saturday looking for a large rug. Lots of salesmen that pointed where to look but no one even got out of their chair. Place was busy but they seemed to not care about us. On Friday, January 12, 2018, we purchased a Zoey Power Glider Recliner by Flexsteel on sale at Garrison's Home. Our salesperson was Richard Saltmarsh, who we found to be extremely helpful. We came to the sale specifically to look at recliners, let Richard know that, had he made search very simple. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He also ably helped us arrange to have someone come to our house to resolve an issue with a purchase that we made last August. Alex and Derek delivered the recliner last Thursday. They arrived just when they said they would, set up the recliner, moved the chair that it replaced, and moved our sectional sofa for us as well. They were neat, clean, efficient, and pleasant. Overall, our experience with Garrison's Home, and there employees has been more than satisfying. We made our first purchase from Garrison's in August, 2017. I had not submitted a review then, but I want to point out that our salesman at that time, and the delivery men as well, were as good then as now. We bought a leather couch and loveseat from Garrison's after looking at a lot of furniture stores around the rogue valley. We really enjoyed the experience at Garrison's and our sales person (Bill at Garrison's home gallery) was knowledgeable and friendly. we found one flaw in the loveseat when we got it home and unboxed, one phone call and they sent out someone to look at it and got us a replacement loveseat very quickly. read more

We purchased a love seat and couch from Garrison's which has a Lifetime Warranty, however, after only two months the cushions were sagging resulting in intense back pain due to muscle strain .  When we contacted Garrison's they wanted $100/cushion to upgrade as they claimed we had opted for the soft cushions, which we did NOT - no prudent, reasonable person would.  They replaced one of the cushions claiming that the sagging was my fault for sitting on it.  A few months later we had them out again and this time they agreed to replace the remaining three cushions.  The second cushions lasted a few months longer, again they failed, and Garrison's demand we pay $100/each cushion plus unknown labor charges.  However,  it appears their product is not fit for the intended use, and we will cannot continue to pay $500" plus each time they fail.  From our experience, the Lifetime Warranty expires when the credit card is approved.  Please also read the 6/8/18 review below from Debbie T., Eagle Point which parallels our experience.  Since they chose not to replace the cushions, they should take their furniture back and provide a refund. Shortly after delivery, we received a discount offer in exchange for writing a review, however, we decided we didn't need their discount, or furniture, and chose to withhold lending our name to their marketing scheme.  We now have sufficient information to write the review and I appreciate your time to read about our experience.  When reading other's reviews consider that it may have been the result of a discount offer. Great customer not too pushy. Answered all my questions. Delivery was right on time and Andrew and Josh got the bed up quickly but didn't break a thing. They were very friendly and also answered all my questions. Bed is wonderful. I also like that they have a 90 days same as cash deal but they don't charge an extra stocking fee for you to use this financing. I couldn't afford the bed otherwise. Yay!! read more

Drew Grafton helped us with the purchase of our new mattress set! We bought a Temperpedic and because he showed us the difference in how making the mattress raise up a few inches it could help you breathe better - much easier we bought the base that raised the mattress up. We had a great experience with Mike at Garrison's. After running all over the valley and hearing the spiel from all the "salesmen", we made the short drive out to White City. We've purchase furniture from Garrison's before and always found exactly what we want and paid a fair price. Recently, we bought a Simmons Beautyrest mattress from Mike and we are loving every square inch of it! My father-in-law needs a new mattress so we're heading back down there to get him one. We recently bought a sofa and two table for our newly remodeled living room. We worked with Jay. He made the process very easy and it was a pleasure working with him. About a week later, we came back for another piece of furniture for our living room. We were able to take that piece home that evening.The person who helped us in the warehouse was great (I am sorry I don't remember his name). We just had our sofa delivered as it was a special order. They took the time to set down a runner to aid in preventing debris coming into the house. My wife appreciate details like that. Andrew was amazing. My husband and kids came into the OC to do some preliminary shopping. Andrew made himself available to provide assistance, but was never overly pushy. When we decided to make a purchase, he continued to show the helpful restraint that made the decision process very easy. He escorted us to the extra showroom where we ended up finding a beautiful dresser. The purchase process was quick and pleasant. The delivery was quick, the following day, several hours earlier than the scheduled appointment. We were contacted by Kody and Keanu, who met their anticipated arrival time, almost exactly. They quickly assessed the delivery location and brought in all the furniture, with great care and respect for our home. However, during the final assembly of the dresser, they over-tightened one of the screws, and slightly split the wood frame around the mirror. It is a minor split, and hardly noticeable, except on a close inspection. Overall, this is our second purchase of furniture from Garrison's, and will not be our last. We bought a new bedroom set from Garrisons on Hwy 62 and the mattress at the OC and they were both delivered today. Jacob and Justin who delivered the furniture and set it up did a great job, they called before they came to the house and were right on time. I went to Garrisons with a pretty good idea of how I wanted to redo my living room and Owen was friendly, helpful and not a bit pushy, just very mellow. Having 3 dogs, finding a sofa was a challenge but he found the perfect one for me and I just love it. Imagine my surprise when I found out it was electric and both ends reclined. I love it even more and the Bluestone tables look just perfect with it. I didn't buy the matching recliner because my house is small but now I noticed the perfect place for it so I'm back to pick it up soon. Did not feel pressured at any point during our visit. Richard and Linda the salespeople were there ONLY if we asked them to be AND when we asked they went above and beyond what is the general experience anywhere these days. They were very knowledgeable as well as honest and genuinely seemed to like their jobs. I bought a recliner for my self i paid 1000$ plus $$85.00 for more insurance for full coverage for 5 years i bought the chair on December 28 2018 around4 mounths latter tje chair broke the arm fell off i called garrison home & told them i was told someone will come over to look at the chair it took weeks before any one showed up he took pic of the chair told me he would be back to put a new arm on the chair week's again went by so so i called again i was told they was going to replace the whole bottom part of my chair again weeks goby so i called again i ask when is this going to happen still know real date so i told them when i bought the chair & paid $85 for more insurance & i ask if you have to take my chair to fix it can i get a loaner yes they said so they sent me a loaner chair & took my chair the chair They brought me is broken it lays back but the foot rest is bent down to the left so i can't seat right in the chair witch makes me hert for i am fighting 4 stage cancer i have to sleep in a chair that is why i bought the chair well now when i call they say they lost my chair & now i am told garrison home will get me a new chair so here i wate again so i call again &was told it might be on the 27 of August that the factory will be making it & it shouldld be shipped abought a week latter the person on the phone was very short to say the least with me when i tried to let her know how much discomfort i am going through by having to use the broken chair they sent me i wont say the name of the person but it was a manger i tryed to explain it to i will never go there to buy anything again .ps my first chair i bought was great it lasted me around 7 years i bought it from garrison home i wish the quality was as good now as it was back then around 15 years ago . well here i seat whating but i have called the attorney affairs office & i am filling out a complaint from . read more

The people we worked with were knowledgeable and strove to give us the best price for what we were getting. Later we went back and bought a Stressless chair which is my go-to chair for reading and relaxing. Again, the staff was knowledgeable, explained things in a clear and understandable way, and during the holiday season we received a discount on our chair for making a donation to a local charity, Casa.
