One might say I should be upset with this whole situation I've just recently been threw with this company but guess what, I'm not... And Here's why. I went in and saw Dan, a very nice guy by the way, and spent 1/2 an hour checking out mattresses while my toddlers ran around like little banshees. While we were there My husband and I decided on Anatomic Global's Avail 5 mattress but called in to order it a few days later, actually 2 days before Thanksgiving. I called a few weeks later to check the status of the order and was told (after they contacted Anatomic Global) that they were constructing it down in Southern California. Called the following week and it was lost in transit but it should be here by Christmas. Well to make a long story short we received it in the afternoon on New years eve. BUT it was the mattress company who had the issues. I personally received a call from the manufacturer taking all responsibility and blame for the mess up. Over 100 shipments were lost in transit with their new shipping carrier. The gal personally gave me her cell number to contact her if I didn't receive it by 5pm that day. Thankfully our order arrived that day and Garrisons immediately rush delivered it to our home. Now Garrisons, the nice people they are, gave us a discount even though they weren't at fault and even threw in some free pillows. Every time I spoke with them they were very polite and got back to me in a timely manner. And I must say it was well worth the wait! My husband and I LOVE our new mattress. No more back pain or waking up each other when rolling over. It was only 1/2 the price of a Tempurpedic and it's Made in the good ol' U S of A. ** But I do have to say it did take 2 nights to break it in and get use to** So In conclusion I highly recommend Garrisons home furnishings and the Avail 5 by Anatomic Global. I went into Garrison's looking for a deal--I got what I was looking for and a lot more. From the moment I walked into Garrison's OC I received excellent customer service that you rarely get nowadays! I was greeted by a pleasant gentleman who did not just point me in the direction of their mattress gallery, he actually walked me back and showed me to my salesman Drew! Drew was great! I found him to be straightforward and was not deceptive or confusing when explaining the different mattresses and pricing. It took only 3-5 minutes to get my credit approved--no hidden qualifications or complex financing mumble jumble. There was a slight computer glitch with the mattress I wanted, but Drew called by the time I got home, explained what the problem might be and promised to call the next day once things were figured out. He called me the next morning, just like he said he would--was able to get me the mattress I wanted and threw in a free bed frame! The deliver was right on time and the two young men Issac and (I'm sorry I can't remember the other man's name--got too excited about my new bed!) who brought me my new mattress and box frame was pleasant, fast and courteous. What an awesome buying experience! I would definitely recommend Garrison's and will be buying my next piece of furniture from them!!! read more

The customer service at Garrisons is second to none. We ended up buying ALL the furniture for our new unfurnished condo there. very little was off the floor so a great deal had to be ordered. Greg, who was our primary sales person (but Scott, Jeff, and Owen were all very helpful as well), was absolutely incredible. No detail was too small for him to monitor and follow up on. For example, our bed was to have drawers on it with pulls on it. Greg helped us finally select the pulls by getting a rep up in Alaska to photograph a picture of some pulls already on a bed for us to see how it would look! He sent the photo complete with discussion about the wood type of the bed. When the table and chairs finally made it to the warehouse, he personally inspected it before it came to us. The list goes on. Additionally, the furniture selection is outstanding. The range of prices and designs should satisfy almost everyone. Their delivery teams are equally customer focused. Jason and Keanu delivered the bulk of the furniture. They took great care with the furniture and our walls! They put everything together and moved things around until we said it was right. We are delighted with our experience and feel Garrison's team is a model for all other businesses to follow. read more

Everyone in the store was very friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture and they didn't try to pressure us into buying. We actually came into the store to look at sectional we had glanced at before and Sierra helped us with figuring out cost and gave us her card with her info and told us to contact her with any questions. We came back later and made our purchase. We like that the piece we bought is locally made and even though our fabric was on backorder we received our furniture promptly. We are impressed with the quality of our sectional and are certain we made a good choice and that it will last for years. Justin and Keanu delivered our sectional and were very respectful. It's been raining and it's very wet and dirty outside, we were impressed with the fact that they wiped their feet every time they came into our home. Garrison's should be very proud of these two gentlemen for representing the store. We are very happy with our purchase and are glad we went with a local store and not big box store. Over a span of a couple of months we visited Garrison's looking for a loft sofa. Sam was our sales person. He was patient, personable, and extremely knowledgeable -- explaining, showing, and appropriately suggesting options. We took his information and left so we could determine our selection. We returned a month or so later and, since Sam was not there, met with Jeff who was equally proficient and personable. He easily worked with us. Again we left, but this time with fabric samples, etc. When we returned a third time, Jeff and Sam were both present and they helped each other help us. No hassle and just a genuine determination to serve and meet our needs -- not Garrison's. We made our purchase easily. A few weeks later Richard and Joey cheerfully and carefully delivered our sofa, moved the old one to our garage, and ensured we were satisfied. All in all, a wonderful, satisfying experience. I purchased a bunkbed for my grandson from a catalog at the Garrisons Gallery in Central Point. The bed was special order made in Arizona. The bed is a rustic pine, a beautiful bed for a boys room. There were issues with the manufacturing and shipment of the bed. We live in Josephine County making the delivery process and setup time consuming. The delivery team of Jacob & Kelly and the second delivery team Jim and Tom that made the long trips out to our home were awesome. They introduced themselves upon arrival and were courteous. There were some touch and go issues as to whether we wanted to keep the bed, but Jacob made every effort to assure I was satisfied with the purchase. I personally thank Jacob for his attention, and understanding of my concerns. I would recommend Garrisons to any persons shopping for furniture. read more

When I realized there was no saving my 3yr old very expensive piece of furniture- Garrisons was the only place left that I hadn't been to- - - after that Eugene. Here is what I found- - - the service is impeccable, the sales staff helps but doesn't haunt, if you have a question and your salesman is not there, any of the others WILLINGLY help even though it is not their sale. Amazing experience from start to finish. Judy was great to work with and handled all details effortlessly. I had to change two of the items from my original purchase and she was very accommodating throughout the transaction. I was impressed that the refund I was owed was mailed out immediately and I received it in just a few days. 5 Star customer service for sure! I bought a love seat and sofa from Garrisons about 2yrs ago after looking for the right set all over the valley. Unfortunately there was a manufacturer defect in the fabric. I have to say the team at Garrisons and Eli in the warehouse have been awesome in seeing to it that I got a replacement. Eli has been to my home several times over the past 2yrs and has always been so nice to work with and went out of his way in making sure I was satisfied. Today Eli and Joe delivered the last piece of furniture that needed replacing and they were on time, courteous and careful with there product. Want you all to know I recommend Garrison's. If you are looking for nice furniture go see them first. I needed a bed and stopped in to take a look. The service I received from Andy was great. I was not planning on buying but his service, the selection and price won me over. I bought my bed. The great service continued when I received a call from Andrew and Richard the following morning to tell they would deliver it in a few hours. I was not expecting it until the following week. Garrisons Furniture is the best we have used both stores, and always have great service & delivery. Their furniture is good product plus sale are awesome! The young men that delivered our new table & lamps were very careful and make sure it was all right before they left. I think there names were Derek & Alex, they also picked up the table & chairs that we bought at the Phoenix store. A few days before we bought a table & chairs from Andrew at the Phoenix store, it did not work out but was delivered with Antonio & Justin another couple of awesome guys! Garrisons is one of the best customer support and quality furniture stores in the Rogue Valley and other places we have visited throughout the land. You can count on quality customer service and quality furniture pieces with some very lovely pieces and great quality prices. Their OC store in Phoenix is a great way to find some unique lower prices, but the main store on Highway 62/Crater Lake Aveue is not to be reproached for their prices, because everyday prices are really good, but the sales are great! We have made 3 purchases of furniture here within a month. New living room set, tables, media center and a new bed which we love. When we had tables and media center delivered Joe and Keonu were very good about moving and placing them where I wanted. When our king adjustable bed was delivered Richard and Alex moved the old bed out and took it with them. Yeah we didn't have to deal with it. They were very good about assembling new base and showing me where and how to make work in case of power outage. They were very good about being careful when moving beds in and out. The selection was great, and the sales person Victoria was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were supposed to have a night stand delivered at the same time as the bed, but unfortunately it was not on the truck. The delivery guys said they would make another trip the next day(which was great). I actually just picked it up, but the offer was nice. The second delivery of our bed frame was done by Justin and Antonio who called about an hour before arrival, which was great since I had to meet them since I was at work. They did a great job installing the bed frame. I will defiantly shop at Garrisons again. read more

As much as I bragged in Garrison's a month ago, my tune has changed. I needed to replace the bed I both last month as it wasn't right for me. The exchange was great and was told I would receive a call about delivery a week later on Tuesday. I didn't get a call. I called them on Friday to find out where my bed was and was told that he didn't know why I wasn't called. They wanted to deliver on Monday, but I couldn't be here. It was indicated that deliveries weren't made on weekends, but I told him I couldn't wait another week, so he scheduled delivery for the following day. I'm not happy with the customer service at all. read more

This was a 5 star experience. Beginning with our sales associate Pete, who patiently guided us through the process of choosing a new mattress for my 89 year old mother in law, down to your delivery guys, Alex and Dereck who were very professional and respectful to my mother in law when they delivered and set up. In our high tech world these days it seems like personalized customer service is getting harder to find. People can purchase furniture from anywhere, including the internet, but Kudos to Brian for hiring a great staff with a genuine desire to please your customers. From the moment we walked into the store the sales personnel was very helpful and not pushy, (which I loved). we were able to take our time and when we let the sales person know that we had to bring mom back to look they did not push. When we returned with mom the sale went quick and efficient and did not take long at all. We were in and out within a very short time. (as I thought it would be much longer) our furniture was delivered the following week. we were greeted as soon as we walked in the store. The salesman took us to the bed sets we came in to look at. There was no hard sell person looking down our backs, We were allowed to look and talk on our own. if we had a question, there was always someone close by to answer it. We found a set we were interested in, but not ready to buy. the friendly sales person was walking us out, when we spoted a grandfather clock, we fell in love with and had to have. They worked with us on the delivery day and time. We are completely satisfied with the service and quality and will return to buy the bed set. read more

Love the couch, love seat and bed set. Unable to use the night stands with our platform bed with drawers, but otherwise the set is perfect and was able to use the store credit from the return of the nightstands towards the living room furniture. Derek and Alex delivered our furniture. They carried it up our narrow stairs and hallway with great care, then put everything together and placed it where we wanted. Can't say enough good things about Derek and Alex. Also Phil, the sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable and led us to the perfect purchases. Definitely will return for further purchases. read more
