We had his car towed to CC since they were the nearest body shop. From the first conversation about the accident and insurance claim process, these guys were great. Quick with responses, detailed in the information they shared with us & helpful with regards to our interactions with our insurance company. At the end of the day, our insurer totaled the car so we didn't end up having Cass Collision do any repairs but based on how we were dealt with I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Through out the repair progress, Jordan kept us informed of the progress being made. When we picked up the care, the car looked like "no accident had occurred". Left with a $2000 lie. I initially brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance, during which the service department replaced my windshield wipers and performed an oil change and treated me well. Approximately 30 minutes after service began, I was informed that the work was complete. At that time, I was also advised that a leaking radiator had been discovered and that it required immediate attention, with a quoted repair cost of approximately $2,000. Given the vehicle's low mileage (28,000 miles) and age (five years), this diagnosis raised concern. Before authorizing the repair, I sought a second opinion from an independent, reputable automotive repair facility. At the second facility, I specifically disclosed the dealership's diagnosis and asked what they would charge for the repair. (it was nearly 25% less than Chrestview). They conducted a comprehensive inspection, including a PSI pressure test, a full visual inspection of the engine compartment, and a review of all related connections and components, a process that took around an hour. Their findings were clear: -there was no radiator leak -no system failure -no need for any radiator repair or replacement I was further informed that the vehicle was in "pristine" condition and in exceptional shape for a five-year-old car. This professional assessment directly contradicted the diagnosis provided by the Crestview service department. This situation is concerning, as it suggests either a serious diagnostic failure or the recommendation of an unnecessary repair. Either possibility undermines customer trust and raises legitimate concerns regarding service standards and quality control. Customers should be able to rely on accurate, transparent, and ethical guidance--particularly from a dealership representing a premium automotive brand.
