Imagine if our party of 4 sat in the middle and split their party of 2. Same difference. Management was apologetic but moved us to table 5. My issue is these are not the front row seats that we paid for and reserved & the venue was not first come first serve. The owner's wife refused to honor our reserved seats and made accommodations for the two women who sat in the middle of a 6 person couch. It would be one thing if our tickets didn't have a seat number.... We've been to this venue at least 6x before coming to Ikons of Rock for the first time. I couldn't even enjoy the show because the lack of hospitality really killed the vibe for me.
