She was incredibly hospitable, sweet, funny, and attentive throughout our meal. Her personality and excellent service were a great addition to the already fantastic atmosphere. There's two levels to this place and for me personally, I really enjoyed the 2nd level. The 2nd level has an outdoor deck area and the view is great from the higher level. If you make a reservation, just know that it's for the main level. You can walk up to the 2nd level to check for a seat. The bottom level has one bar while the 2nd level has 2 bars. There's a stage and live band on both levels - playing at the same time which is cool. You can't hear the other band when you're on the other level. The band on this Saturday night was great - a male rock band that sang Journey and a lot of classic rock songs. I learned that they are there every Friday and Saturday. I would definitely go see this band again. When the rock band finished, another band set-up and did their set - so there's plenty of live music going on. There's a big dance floor as well. The bartenders were very nice - attentive, courteous, solid service. They don't have draft though, and will serve your drinks in plastic cups - likely for safety due to the dance floor or the up and down stairs in the place. The food is OK. It's not the most amazing food, but it's good. The Chicken Mac and Cheese is a very hearty dish. It's thick and has chicken in it. Also ordered was the pot roast. The pot roast is very tender with a nice demi sauce. The only thing is the pot roast came out just warm - so if I were to have enjoyed it more, it would have been that the dish came out hot. The Peach Cobbler is different than what you would think for a cobbler. It's more of a peach cobbler bread pudding if I had to describe it. It comes baked in a baby skillet which is cool. It is served with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. All in all - 3 stars for the food, but the 4 stars is earned overall for the atmosphere, experience, and solid service from the bartenders. read more

MY GOD. This place was incredible! Decor and staff were top notch as well as the live music. But most importantly - food and drinks. Drinks were delicious I got the lavender girls drink and it was so good. The steak sandwich was literally perfection. I will dream about it. The buffalo chicken dip was amazing. My friend and I were visiting Las Vegas from San Diego and decided to try Jason Aldean's. We had a great time! Our server Carleen gave us some great recommendations. We started with the nachos, then shared the steak sandwich with fries! You can also customize your fries to "country style" adding more delicious toppings. We had lunch for the first day and I ordered a salmon salad, it was the smallest piece of salmon I have seen on a salad. I was just surprised for $27 that I got like maybe 3 ounces. I added avocado, which was not ripe and I made the waiter take it off the bill. My husband had the burger and he said it was ok, but not with the price of $23 AND it came With no sides. He had to pay an extra $9 for a side of fries so $32 for a burger and fries was a bit much. The ambiance is amazing, the staff was wonderful but the food was not that great for the price. read more

For food we ordered the NY steak sandwich and fries.I tried the crispy buffalo cauliflower (was a little too soft but good flavor). Our second time visiting JA in Vegas. Last week, we had a daytime server who was on point. Super friendly and attentive. I said we have to come back this place is amazing. Despite the food options on a single page, the ambience of this place is just like Nashville- it's fun. Our second visit to JA was during the evening on a Thursday night. First level they had a duo band playing covers. Place was packed on the first floor. But this time, service sucked. There's a second bar at the back and this Hispanic male server which you could tell is his area, didn't say anything to us. But he kept serving the other tables. I knew this was his area bc he grabbed the bill with cash that was in front of me at the bar, btw which is open seating, like I was going to steal it. Never acknowledged us. Fifteen min later I find a seat at the main bar facing the stage. There were two gentlemen who were kind, attentive and just plain nice. We got a couple of $18 coors light and nachos. Then we went upstairs to the second level which was karaoke night. The had country line dancing and the vibe upstairs is completely different. One thing I noticed for sure from the check in desk to the bar, the servers, the upstairs - everyone looked beat and tired. You can tell when a place is upbeat with happy workers and this isn't it. So 3 stars, mainly for the 1st floor bartenders, live music. Our nachos were cold but we ate them anyway. I wish service was better because overall this place looks awesome. read more

Ive been wanting to check this bar out since it opened. I happened to be in the area so dropped in. For a Saturday afternoon it was pretty empty. I was surprised there weren't more people here. Maybe this is more of a nightlife place? The Huckleberry Hicks were playing. They did a good job of mixing up all different genres of music. I appreciated the fact that the music wasn't so insanely loud that you were able to have a conversation without screaming at each other. I ordered sweet tea with the macaroni and cheese. The sweet tea was made to perfection. It was super refreshing on this hot day. Macaroni isn't my usual go to when I eat out. But this one intrigued me with the addition of beer brined chicken. I really loved the combination. The beer flavor shown through it and it ended up being some of the best macaroni i've eaten out. My husband ordered the all american burger. He really enjoyed his burger and fries. The burger came with what tasted like a beer based au jus. It had a really good flavor. The fries were very good. I did not realize they were al a carte though. For the cost of them you should get a bigger portion than the tiny basket you get. But they were delicious. Jasons bourbon bbq was so good. I was putting it on everything. I was bummed it wasn't available for purchase in the gift shop. Surpringly, the hot sauce was pretty good as well. Not so hot you can't taste anything just good flavorful mild hot sauce. Our waitress was very good. She kept our drinks filled without having to ask. We went and took a look upstairs it was pretty empty as well. I do have to admit I was really enjoying the vibe of the place. I felt like I was transported back to Nashville. The only thing missing were people dancing. I was kind of bummed there was no dancing. Overall though id definitely want to bring some friends here for dinner. It's a nice place. Live music was playing when we came. I absolutely hope this place survives because it is vibes and great food! Family friendly before dark. I took my family here and my 5 year old son and I danced to some rock music on the upper level before leaving. It was an amazing time, fun memories. Food was delicious! Service was amazing! They didn't miss a beat. So much so, that I came back again the day before my flight just for their wings and meatloaf again. Meatloaf was sooooo good!!! Moist and flavorful. The wings had a specific rub that was addicting. So good that I still think about it today. I haven't stopped thinking about this burger since we left, and that was like 2 weeks ago at this point. We were doing a staycation at The Aria nearby and needed a place to eat between activities and happened upon Jason Aldean's. You can wait for a table or choose the open seating in the upstairs, we went with that. There was live music up there which was nice! We sat outside because it was nice, and it's really neat out there. There were like couch seats at some of the umbrella tables, we were just at a simple 2 top side table. When sitting where we did, you order everything at the bar. I got the cheeseburger, which is just the burger, no sides. That burger was so good! Maybe it's because I was so hungry and I generally love cheeseburgers, but this thing was good! It was a good blend burger meat and the cheese was so perfectly melty. We decided to go to Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Bar because we have been to Nashville several times and absolutely loved the live music scene down Broadway. The energy, the crowds, the talented musicians, the atmosphere where every bar feels like a mini concert... we were hoping to relive at least a little bit of that magic here in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened the moment we walked through the doors. When you picture a Jason Aldean country bar, you imagine loud music, packed crowds, boots hitting the floor, people singing along, bartenders slinging drinks at Mach 5, and an atmosphere that feels alive. Instead, we walked into what felt like a country-themed waiting room. On a Friday night during prime time, maybe six tables out of what looked like 100 were occupied. The music wasn't bad necessarily... it was just aggressively generic. The kind of band you'd find on a lower-budget Carnival cruise ship performing "Sweet Caroline" for the fourth time that week while somebody named Linda double-fists margaritas nearby. Every act felt like they were generated by an AI program called "Top 100 Requested Bar Songs." Technically fine musicians, but completely lacking any personality, uniqueness, or actual energy. At no point did the place ever feel like a true country music venue. Honestly, the most shocking part was how easy it was to sit there and comfortably have full-volume conversation all night long. In a country bar, that's basically a code red emergency. The food was decent enough. Nothing terrible, nothing memorable, just kind of existing. The drinks were wildly overpriced, but welcome to the Las Vegas Strip where apparently Tito's and soda now require financing options. What truly confused me though... not once the entire night did I hear a Jason Aldean song. Not from the live bands. Not over the speakers between sets. Nothing. Which feels kind of like going to Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar and nobody mentioning flavor for three hours. I genuinely don't understand how this place survives long term. If you had told me they were permanently closing in six months, I honestly wouldn't be surprised based on how empty it was and how little incentive there is to ever come back after experiencing it once. Maybe we caught an off night. But if this was supposed to be the Vegas version of Broadway in Nashville... somebody accidentally sent us to the airport Holiday Inn lounge instead. read more

Went on a Friday early evening and the place was pretty slow. They had a group on stage that out of four songs sang one country song, we didn't really enjoy the group. We have been to Ole Red and we were hoping this would be our new favorite since it's literally a five min or less walk from the Cosmopolitan (our main stay) however we were sadly disappointed. We ordered two cocktails they were very liquor forward and very small for the price (used to Vegas pricing ) we are more accustomed to a better cocktail double the size and included the glass as a souvenir. So hard pass on the drinks. We ordered an appetizer and planned on ordering more drinks and a meal. However after a bit of "entertainment" and after our first not so pleasant drinks we opted to pass on dinner and go back to our hotel and dine. My husband and I do an annual staycation every year for Valentine's Day and we come to the bar since it's opened it has some of the best views on the strip and has live music so how can you beat that. This last week we decided to come here and try the food. We were going to a golden Knights game and we thought to go somewhere where there would be live music and ambience would be fun prior to going to the game. They had reservations available for six people which was great. The service was amazing but the food was even better I'm very very surprised because I thought it would taste like a normal chain food place and that was not the case the food was very tasty and I definitely would have food here again. Gave this place another try during ACM Awards in Las Vegas. It was dead the entire place dead downstairs and upstairs had little to no patrons. There was live music on both downstairs and upstairs stages. The upstairs stage had a small 4 piece band and they were not in sync. Didn't even seem friendly with each other -the drums overshadowed the singer. Still no servers you have to order at the bar for food. Major disappointment because even though it was empty the bartender seemed annoyed or bothered. Tried the nachos and they were terrible! Cold and on stale potato chips and just awful. The upstairs area constantly has a fan blowing so maybe that's why the food got cold so quickly? It didn't matter the sauce and meat were tasteless and the plate unappetizing. A large bathroom but it was dark in the hallway. No paper towels only a hand dryer. It's a shame because it's in a good location next to Aria but it's managed poorly. Las Vegas is about service and about food. It's expected when you visit. Aldean's Las Vegas falls short. I am rooting for them to improve! read more

Our server, Tim, was fantastic with our large group, and the food came out quickly. I ordered the sesame salad, which was a huge portion and quite delicious. I also had a bite of my friend's hot chicken sandwich (delightfully crispy with a nice level of spice) and another friend's mac and cheese, which was fantastic. On our walk back to the Luxor, we were stopped by an employee handing out 2fer's coupons so we thought to give it a try. If you're a fan of country music, this is your place! We were treated to a live performance (two different bands, one on each level) while we sat at the bar to watch the Pacers playoff game. The venue was pretty busy while we visited and despite sitting at the bar, the service was slow and not so friendly (the only downfall). We did not dine at Jason Aldean's but understood from another patron that the wings were "tasty but small". This was honestly one of the best spots in Vegas for a country fan in my opinion because they have the live music, which you cannot top - and the artwork / decor is entirely inspired by Jason Aldean lyrics it's amazing, making a ton of photo opp spots throughout. There's a rooftop area, upstairs and downstairs, the place is huge.
