this is company is the worst plumber i've ever had to deal with in my entire life. this plumber…read morecame to the house i rent through a property management. they came to fix a shower faucet. the plumber stated he couldn't fix the faucet. without considering the outcome proceeded to attempt to fix the leak anyway. he cut a hole in the shower and took apart the faucet after stating he couldn't fix it. he then left after stating he has to notify the property management that they need to send another plumber. due to this horrible plumber not able to fix faucet, we have no water. called the main office and explained my disgust in their service, the receptionist then transferred me to the owner jon. jon immediately stated to me that first the conversation was going to happen his way. i've been is sales and customer service for 22 plus years and you never tell an irate customer that. he refused to try to find a resolution. this so called owner was only concern on how he wanted the conversation to go his way. i treated him the way that any selfish, egotistical person should be treated. without respect. any plumber knows, if you can't fix a plumbing issue, you never leave people without water. this owner doesn't care about peoples well being, just his ego. the owner couldn't leave anything alone decided to call me back when i was calling the property management myself to try to fix this so called plumbers error. jon, then again tryed to display his ego telling me i don't appreciate being spoken the way i spoke to him because he knew i was right. do not use this plumber. they are the worst and shouldn't have a contractor license.

That very first year I had them install risers at the same appointment that I had them pump the septic tank. Money well spent and I'm glad I am able to make it easier for the guys when I call them every year. They are always friendly; both the office staff as well as the technicians are professional, friendly, and great people to work with! I have been using Priority Pumping for about 5 years now and every year I have them pump my septic and they are just wonderful! I refer them to everyone who asks who to use for septic pumping as well as septic inspections. I don't see myself calling anyone else!!

I recently took ownership of my childhood home after my parents passed away. I knew nothing about…read moreseptic tanks and had no clue how long it had been since the system had been pumped. I also did not know where the tank was located on the property. I looked up pumping companies, found HomeField East Valley (Priority Pumping) and scheduled an appointment to pump the tank. While on the phone the nice lady told me, according to records she found, that it was a 1000 gallon tank installed in 1970 and that there was an old record showing its location. I was able to get an appointment for the following day with Issac. Issac showed up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He showed me the map that they had from county records and we agreed that it didn't look like it was accurate based on the layout of the house in relationship to the tank. Issac started the process of locating the tank. This proved to be difficult due to the large amounts of caliche located a foot or two below ground and the large size of the property. He ended up calling someone from the company who brought a camera that he was able to use to locate the tank. Upon digging down to the tank, approxiately 3 ft down, Issac showed me the flimsy plastic cover the last company used to cover the tank. It had just been laid over the opening and had not been secured at all. He also found the original concrete cover that they had just buried off to the side. Isaac asked me about installing a riser with a new cover and asked me if I was interested. I asked him what he would do and he said that's what he would do if it were his property as that would allow the removal of the cover at ground level to pump the tank in the future and avoid having to dig. I told him to go ahead with that. Issac pumped and cleaned the tank, educated me on how best to maintain a septic system and then installed the riser with the new cover. Did all of this cost more than the original quote to just pump the tank? Sure it did. The job required a lot more. Do I feel like I was scammed and "upsold" as some reviews on here are claiming? Absolutely not. I feel like the job was done honestly, with integrity and perhaps most importantly, correctly. To Tanya, I am very pleased with the service and Issac is a great representative of your company.

They came out on an emergency call as the water was leaking. They were here promptly and the emergency fee was more than fair. Tyler could not have been nicer and very professional. I paid the labor and parts part of this installation which included them exchanging the unit to Home Depot, new lines and drip pan. The labor price was comparable to any others who offered the installation only part. The installer, Jordan ( I hope I got his name right) was amazing and incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He also answered extra questions I had about another water related issue. If I have a need for plumbing service, this locally owned and operated company will be the first people I call. They were not pushy, they were friendly, and they got hired on the spot. There was a relatively new technician with the company that did some less than great work when the job was done. They answered my frustrated calls, there was always someone to answer the phone, they communicate effectively through text and phone call. They came out and fixed everything that needed to be fixed and did what it took to make sure the job was done the way they pride themselves in the work being done.
