I have been using Priority Pumping at my home in Surprise since I moved in. I never had a septic system before and Priority did the initial inspection prior to my home purchase. That very first year I had them install risers at the same appointment that I had them pump the septic tank. Money well spent and I'm glad I am able to make it easier for the guys when I call them every year. They are always friendly; both the office staff as well as the technicians are professional, friendly, and great people to work with! I have been using Priority Pumping for about 5 years now and every year I have them pump my septic and they are just wonderful! I recently took ownership of my childhood home after my parents passed away. I knew nothing about septic tanks and had no clue how long it had been since the system had been pumped. I also did not know where the tank was located on the property. I looked up pumping companies, found HomeField East Valley (Priority Pumping) and scheduled an appointment to pump the tank. While on the phone the nice lady told me, according to records she found, that it was a 1000 gallon tank installed in 1970 and that there was an old record showing its location. I was able to get an appointment for the following day with Issac. Issac showed up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He showed me the map that they had from county records and we agreed that it didn't look like it was accurate based on the layout of the house in relationship to the tank. Issac started the process of locating the tank. This proved to be difficult due to the large amounts of caliche located a foot or two below ground and the large size of the property. He ended up calling someone from the company who brought a camera that he was able to use to locate the tank. Upon digging down to the tank, approxiately 3 ft down, Issac showed me the flimsy plastic cover the last company used to cover the tank. It had just been laid over the opening and had not been secured at all. He also found the original concrete cover that they had just buried off to the side. Isaac asked me about installing a riser with a new cover and asked me if I was interested. I asked him what he would do and he said that's what he would do if it were his property as that would allow the removal of the cover at ground level to pump the tank in the future and avoid having to dig. I told him to go ahead with that. Issac pumped and cleaned the tank, educated me on how best to maintain a septic system and then installed the riser with the new cover. Did all of this cost more than the original quote to just pump the tank? Sure it did. The job required a lot more. Do I feel like I was scammed and "upsold" as some reviews on here are claiming? Absolutely not. I feel like the job was done honestly, with integrity and perhaps most importantly, correctly. Do not use this company. They make promises they do not keep. In January, they came to my home to address a clogged septic drain line. I was charged over $4,000 for work that was supposed to include digging down to the pipe, replacing what was needed, and fully cleaning out the 35‑foot dry well. They replaced only an elbow and a small section of pipe and cleaned the line leading to the pit. I was charged for a minimum of 10 feet of pipe replacement even though that amount was never replaced--apparently the cost was just for digging. They also promised to pump all liquids and solids from the 35‑foot well, but when they arrived, their hose reached only 20 feet. I was told they would return with an additional hose to finish the job, but they now refuse to do so. I paid for this service, and they are declining to complete it over the cost of a simple additional hose. I was also charged extra labor because they buried and then re‑dug the area to locate a pipe "T," something that should have been identified the first time. They left my yard a mess--sidewalk damaged, a section of my fence torn, and the service ports buried. I even helped them dig to make their job easier. I expected them to honor their word; they didn't. In the end, I spent thousands of dollars on what they now claim is a "failed pit" that can't be repaired--something they should have told me before doing the work. This was a very dishonest experience, and Filed a complaint to the BBB for work not finshed. read more

I recently had a septic tank emergency that had me scrambling for help. I called a long list of companies that all told me it would be days before they could get to me. When I contacted Homefield, they stated they could get to me later that same day. Justin was able to get to our house in a matter of a couple of hours of my call. He was courteous and explained not only what he was doing to solve our problem, but also took the time to explain how to prevent this problem from coming back. Very helpful and very professional! I could not be happier with the service from the office or the service technician and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing support with their septic system. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Priority Pumping is the worst company I've dealt with in the last 30 years of doing business. They are wildly negligent and possibly just a straight up scam. I needed the leach fields on my property redone. Priority Pumping said they could do this, but first I'd need to get a Soils Test done, which required $4,000 up front. It was supposed to be one hole drilled in my yard and then a soils test. They dug 5 holes in my yard, one of which hit an irrigation line and flooded my entire yard and caused over $600 worth of damage to my swimming pool. They then tell me that none of the 5 holes they dug are deep enough, so they can't perform the soils test. However, if I want to give them another $2,000, they can try a percolation test. The whole thing was starting to sound like a complete scam at this point, so I asked how much of my $4,000 they used up on digging holes. The manager Jake told me they used up about half on labor. So I decided to just cut my losses and not proceed and I asked for the refund. After several weeks of delays, Jake finally gets back to me and informs me that I have used up $3,500 of my initial $4,000 on labor and "administrative fees," which was never mentioned before and certainly not part of the original cost. Jake refused to provide any invoices or receipts to back this new cost up. So now I have lost $3,500 and never got anything that my money was originally supposed to be used for. This is the most unprofessional and almost certainly fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH PRIORITY PUMPING. read more

Initially they were great. They came up emptied our tank explained the problem and said call them and they would put in the new leach bed. We called and set up a meeting they never showed. Didn't even answer our calls after that. I despise poor communication and lack of attention. There are too many other businesses in the valley that will be more than willing to have my business. read more

Had a great experience with this company. I work for a GC in the valley that deals with large rebuilds and restoration projects. We had a project in Apache Junction that required a septic inspection, a tank replacement, and permitting. I called TKS Contracting to find out what we needed to get this done. Tanya the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable in providing this info. Her field manager Ryan was also very knowledgeable and helpful when we met him onsite. Straight shooters, and got the job done efficiently and on time. I strongly recommend TKS Contracting for any septic related issues, and have definitely added them to our preferred vendor/contractor list. read more

I had them come out to hydro jet my sewer line. $300 sounded like a good deal. They cleaned the line and all was good for two weeks. It backed up again and they came out to clean it out again. No such luck. They gave me a bid to remove and replace the line. The bid was off. They never talked to the city because the quote wasn't to code. Got two more bids for the same work. Both told me that they used the wrong equipment to clean the line to start and the city would not allow their work. Got the job done after their screw up with a 1 year warranty. Nice guys but they don't know what they are doing ! Shop around, ask questions...and avoid this company. By the way. Asked them to refund and fix the problem.....no response. read more

I would give them zero stars but that is not available. This company came to my home with the wrong equipment, performed no work and then sent me an invoice for $300 dollars. They had a truck which they said weighed 100,000 pounds loaded and would most likely cause serious damage to my driveway if they attempted to drive down it. And in addition, they did not have a hose of sufficient length to perform the work. Considering they had been at my house several days earlier, their failure to bring the proper vehicle, tools and equipment is astonishing. I would not recommend them to fix a leaky faucet, let alone to drain and inspect my septic tank, which they claim to be their business. I would like to note that my initial interaction with the office staff was very pleasant and they seemed very helpful. However, when I tried to call them after they failed to perform the work they would not return any of my calls. read more
