The pricing was competitive, and scheduling the service was easy. His team arrived on time and got to work. They used proper equipment and techniques to ensure the branches they trimmed did not damage the ground, the roof, or other structures. They were flexible with the payment methods. He started complaining because my wood rack was 8x2x3 feet instead of 8-2-4. He said he would have to bring the other 1/4 of my order. Said he'd be back that day but complained that he was tired of people "taking advantage " of him. I didn't like it when he in effect accused me of trying to cheat him and I told him so.
