The staff is friendly and the service good. The dining area is not large. When we arrived there were a couple of booths and center tables available, but a few minutes later a group of 16 came in and filled the Cafe. We started with fried green tomatoes ($8,25). They were very good. The best I've had at a restrauant. All three of us ordered the chicken fried steak ($14.35), mashed potatoes, cream gravey, and fried Okra. It was very good. The chicken fried steak was just the right size and had substance compared to those that are big on batter and light on meat. The mashed potatoes and cream gravey just right. Loved the fried okra.
