They went back in and remove the hair from the areas that I pointed out. It wasn't until I arrived home and showered, and then the next day I noticed so many areas were missed. I've put off writing this review for a few weeks because my practitioner was so nice and I had a great time chatting with them. But the actual attention to detail wax was very disappointing. I may return and try a different practitioner someday. This was a wildly different experience from my previous waxers, and unfortunately not in a positive way. The lack of attention to details so frustrating, especially now I have to go home and be raising hair on my own after paying for it to be done. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of two or three is because they are very friendly accommodating there. And I'm sure if I had called the next day to go back they would've made space for me to come in. It felt like a very professional place.
