I love that she always knows my name and what time my appointment is when I get there! I also love the calls or texts I get as reminders of my appointment or to notify of an opening of I'm interested in coming earlier. My cleaning was with a new hygienist, Sam. I still miss Martha, but Sam, I believe, is her clone. Like Martha, he is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and has exceptional chairside manners.....and he knows about "2 Phones" The establishment is always clean and classy. The employees are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what they do. I have never had to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room before I'm called back to the service room. I am so incredibly grateful I found Hildebrand Family Dental--they have completely changed my outlook! Second, they were able to get me in the next day. Went back one day later for placement of a temporary crown. Third, the place is clean, modern, technologically advanced and the staff are wonderful caring people.
