He kept making very smart remarks about our price we could afford and made fun of our trade in car which we know isn't in the best shape. Rick, the manager on duty came out and made things worse. He barely tried negotiating with us and made it sound like it was impossible to find a car in the price range we were looking for. Which isn't true, we have done plenty of online shopping up to this point. When we left, I found that Nader had left his folder in our car. When I returned it to him, I came up on him and Rick having a conversation about how "shitty" our trade in vehicle was. When I asked if he was talking about our vehicle, he reassured me he was talking about our vehicle and it was "a piece of shit." I have never been more offended in my life. Yelp has them at 2.5 stars and that sounds about right I agreed on a price and had them remove the dealer fee from trucks price, and everything seemed fine at first. When it was time to pick up the truck my original salesman Rob was off so I was handed off to someone else. That's when things got sketchy. Before leaving I checked the listing again and the price had gone up by $2000. After a call they adjusted it back but then Brandon the new rep added a $1,199 doc fee he couldn't even explain. He also told me I shouldn't pay a tag fee since I had my own plate and it would only be about 50 but they quoted me $390.50. Then they added a surprise $695 charge for it being a Used Certified Vehicle which he said was the best price possible and not negotiable. I asked to speak to the manager to confirm, and he immediately told me it was not even a certified vehicle and took off the 695. That was enough for me and I canceled the deal on the spot. I have taken my Accord in for service a couple times over the past 2 years. Both times have been a negative experience causing me to commit to never going back. First time I was recommended a wheel alignment which I did. As I picked up the car the advisor said if it feels funny bring it back. Well it did feel "funny". I ended up taking it to another shop and the alignment was out. Recently I took my car in due to error codes. I scanned and told the advisor what it was and that the rear wheel bearings were making noise. $240 for "diagnosisl. Guess what. It was diagnosed as what I had told them. I was given a quote for parts water pump, and 2 rear bearings.... Wait for it.... $3700. Then received a call the next day that the parts manage had or the wrong parts and they were trying to keep the cost below $4,000. How nice of them. Lesson learne. should have done the work myself for less than $300. I will NEVER take my car back for service. One last kicker. If they say they do a court inspection on your call they are only looking for upcharges obviousl. But I checked my air filter since it had been a while. It was pretty nasty after 20,000 miles. Would given them that one. Apparently the stuff they should be doing is beyond them. read more

I worked with Salesman Matt Russell, he provided me with a written deal with a Ridgeline Black edition via text. At time of getting the quote, he said it was 100% locked in. It detailed "all discounts". A short time later, before getting my car to drive down, I said I may finance and when exploring options, I found, there was special finance APR's available. There was also a $1500 sales credit available if the buyer elected to not take advantage of the special deal. Matt said, it would be better to "take the sales credit" as the difference in APR was not worth going the other direction. After discussing it with my wife, I called him back and texted, and wanted to confirm the price he provided "in writing" was valid and that, the $1500 sales credit would be further appled, he said "NO". He said he could not take another $1500 off. I said it was a Honda Financial Services credit, not their dealership. He agreed after I explained that he should have been transparent in his initial quote. He said he had already included the $1500. But, when I questioned how and why he would have included that initially, since I never mentioned nor did we discuss any finance options. I said that was a "Bait and Switch" and expressly against the law per Florida law. he agreed and said, "yes, I agree, I should have broken that out." I asked for a manager to call me. I recaped the above. The manager was rude, said, "I will not let you finish" and I am rescinding the deal. I said that was in violation of FL law, and he hung up the phone. I am former law enforcement and if this is the way they treat first responders or anyone, I say buyers be ware! read more

Buying a new car is supposed to be exciting, but my experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. I want to warn others to be extremely cautious before doing business here. 1. Bait-and-switch on financing: I was promised a certain interest rate over the phone, but by the time we arrived at the dealership, that rate had changed. I should have walked away then, but we stayed only because they claimed they would make up the difference in our trade-in value. 2. Deceptive warranty sales tactics: We were told we were buying a $5,000 warranty. In reality, the way they structured and hid the costs made the warranty closer to $10,000 extra on top of the purchase price. They break things up in confusing ways so you can't clearly see what you're actually paying. 3. Electronic signing traps: The dealership insists that I "signed" and agreed to the inflated purchase price. However, everything is signed on an electronic screen that can be manipulated or zoomed in, making it impossible to see the full breakdown. There is absolutely no way I would have knowingly agreed to pay $10,000 more than what we had negotiated. 4. No accountability from management: When I called to address these issues, a so-called finance manager told me they couldn't help me and that another manager would call me back. It has been over a week, and no one has followed up. 5. Personal impact: I am a hard-working mother of a disabled child. Every extra dollar taken by this dealership is money that should go toward my son's food, medical care, and long-term needs. The financial strain they have put on my family is heartbreaking. 6. From joy to betrayal: What should have been a once-in-a-lifetime, joyful experience has instead become a nightmare. I feel duped, cheated, manipulated, and lied to. The excitement of owning a new car has been completely stolen from me. At this point, I would honestly rather have my old car back and walk away from this entire situation. Nick, the salesperson said that they could not do that. A week later Nick called me and left a message that they were good with my offer for $25000. I did not respond. Last Friday he called and again said they were good with $25000. I explained my offer was $24000. He called back and sad they had accepted my offer and made an appointment for today, Sunday, 9/14/25 to pick the car up. I explained we had already made the deal and were there to pick up the car. Paperwork was not even started. He said he couldn't, so we made the short trip to Autonation Honda in Sanford and bought a new Pilot Special Edition, below MSRP. I went to this dealership on 03/15/2025 to purchase a vehicle particularly a Honda CRV. I wanted to make a mostly cash purchase with a price point of around $20,000. I knew this would put me in the used car bracket. Prior to going to the dealership I reviewed the website and saw several options within my price range. When I arrived at the dealership, my salesman Nadir greeted me and I was very up front about what I was looking for and the price point I was looking for. He proceeded to show me options for cars starting at $30,000 completely disregarding what I told him. I reminded him of my price range and what I was looking for. I also advised him of the cars on the website. He said none of the cars listed on the website were available. None of them. He then showed me two other options in a black 2024 HRV and a 2021 blue CRV. Well, that's what he told me was a blue CRV. The black HRV was $28000 again not listening to what I told him and the blue vehicle was 24000. Still not at my price range or any of the options I saw on the website. After driving both vehicles, I asked about the vehicles for less than 24000 that they supposedly had in stock. He said that all he had was a 2019 Nissan and none of the CRV options I saw were available. The 2021 blue vehicle which I was told was a CRV was very nice and at least closer to the price point I was looking for. The car was listed as used and not CPO with no markings on the vehicle indicating it was CPO. Thinking I was lucky to find there only CRV available I went into negotiations. The salesman took my information for my credit. Did a credit check then came back and said the car was CPO and added $2000 to the price of the vehicle out of nowhere. I was in negotiations with them for several hours and they backed off of the price of the CPO as I said that was not listed and should have been included in the price. After purchasing the vehicle, I realized the car was not even a CRV but an HRV and they just charged me more for the car than it was worth. I was also promised that since the car was CPO that it didn't have any defects. The car has an active recall through Honda. This was a complete bait and switch and predatory lending. The salesman and the dealership should have consequences for these types of practices so beware and don't purchase here. As a follow up. I have to admit that leasing a new vehicle can be a daunting process. Being a transplant from New England, I was going to have to find a Honda dealership that I felt comfortable with. A year ago I while visiting Florida, I needed to have my Honda serviced, and that's when I found Yeomans. Coming in for an oil change, I was greeted at the service department, and with their help, I got my phone reconnected and the oil change. The service department was so helpful and delightful to work with... okay, it's now a year later, the lease it coming to an end. I'm not heading north, so what's a girl to do. I figured what the hell... I'll take a ride out to Yeomans and see what just what they could do for me at this time. Joe greeted me at the curb..with a friendly and inviting handshake. I explained it was coming into the time frame to consider finding a new vehicle to lease or to purchase my existing vehicle... we took a tour of the lot looking at the 2024 HR-V... Then, off to the office for the dreaded bargaining begins. I was ready to walk out and think about the offer... and see how much the new car would cost for the new rate of insurance. In comes Lissette to discuss my concerns. Long story short... Yes, I made the decision to lease a new 2024 HR-V sport. Lissette is a great closer... I couldn't believe that she said I could take the car in an hour. Please, I have never in all my years been able to drive out the same day with a car. There is always having to change the registration... new plates... the getting the vehicle ready for delivery...so again when Joe said in a hour you'll have the car to drive home. I really thought, "Right." I still had to sign on the 25 lines of commitment...I haven't been in the business office....Even going into the office was simple and enjoyable. Yes, the vehicle was ready to be driven home within that hour. The only thing I had to do on my end iwas to call my insurance company to let them know....Everything else was done for me. I would recommend seeking out Joe he's not only friendly but also knowledgeable of the vehicles features and benefits. If you have any further questions on all the extra benefits...go find Lissette. This was paid in cash by a family member of mine because I am 1,000 miles away. 2 months later I find out that the tax was not paid to Pennsylvania as they were supposed to do. When I inquired, they told me that the purchase price of the vehicle was 14,900 which it obviously wasn't. No one can give me a straight answer and they supposedly emailed me their " bill of sale" and tried to get me to hang up . One hour twenty minutes later the email still isn't here. My finance person, Michael Fuguet, served me with the same efficiency and friendliness and is another example of the this dealerships commitment to fine service. The dealership is brand new and state of the art and beautiful--there's even a cafe and bistro and the prices are low!! Who knew?! Why it is taking over 2 hours to do this is way beyond my comprehension- they messed up and did not get a goo enough pic of their work so I return for them to get a better pi (I assume to be reimbursed for the recall) and after waiting an hour and a half I'm told it will be another 45 minutes before they even get to the pic retake. The check engine light happened to come in when I pulled in and asked them to check that too- I wonder how much longer that will take? A ten minute procedure here will probably be another hour! I would not recommend this place for service unless you have all day to sit and wait and wait and wait for something that should not take more than half an hour. read more

This review is strictly related to the COST OF SERVICE. 2017 Honda fit diagnosed with a broken clutch pedal plunger (that actuates clutch switch) resulting in a no start. Google what one might expect to pay for this repair. Now. It is understood that a dealership repair will always cost more than most independent service stations. HOWEVER. The resulting $575 cost for repair far exceeds even the most aggressive repair cost estimates found online. The $180.00 diagnostic fee was not waived as promised. It was built into the cost of the repair. The result... gouging the customer. If it were not an emergency repair, we would have gone to Deland Honda. We deem them to be more honest. You've proven it once again Gary Yeomans Honda of Daytona. This is why we don't use your services and will not in the future. Want to make this right? This place has been terrible to us at every step. 1. my wife bought a used Acadia. It was old but they said it was in good shape and they sold her a warranty too saying that if anything went wrong it wasn't a big deal because it would be covered under warranty. Less than 3 months later it was in the shop with issues and the local shop recommended scrapping the vehicle. 2. We took it in to the dealer with new issues last week. Nothing was covered under the warranty. Also warned that there will likely soon be another major and expensive repair needed (also not covered under the warrant). 3. The vehicle was "done" Tuesday mid afternoon. We were busy and couldn't get it until Thursday morning and told them that. When we arrived this morning none of the paperwork was done or approved. Kicker is I am being told the vehicle is inoperable because I used it to tow a jetski. Expect to pay a $5-10k market adjustment fee. This will not be mentioned unless you ask about it specifically. When I told them that under no circumstances would I pay a penny for a market adjustment fee, I continued getting amateur sales tactics to try and get me into the dealership to "earn my business". It was laughable. When they finally dropped the market adjustment fee and told me my out the door price, the car had magically been sold just before I arrived....but they had plenty of other cars for me to see - none of which were what I was looking for. I knew from the jump that they weren't an honest dealership and were not to be trusted. Against my better judgement, I took the bait and went to see the car. My mistake. I knew better. Took my 02 accord in for airbag check, tire rotation and oil change. When I get home, I noticed my driver side tire was acting funny and making weird noises. When I brought it back, I found out they took the wheel weight off(which never should have been touched to begin with as I was not getting balanced)..then three weeks later after having starting issues, we found out my brand new duralast battery was switched with a pos battery that wasn't even the right size for the car and only held 10 amps. 130$ later..I will never go there again read more
