I had an issue during a tire change where they somehow punctured my oil pan. I had to get it towed to a shop that could actually fix this and it cost around 400 dollars. While I was waiting for the tow truck, I spoke with one of the supervisors in the auto area and he informed me they are insured by a company called "CMI" and basically told me "good luck" getting any results with them. He wasn't joking. I emailed this company for months and never received a reply (10+ emails). Every day, I would call and it would ring to the voicemail. Shortly after, I received something by mail telling me if I didn't claim the issue within the month they would be dropping the claim. The one time I was actually able to speak to an operator, I explained the situation and they hung up on me (I'm very friendly and would never act like a jerk to anyone on the phone). I would highly recommend supporting local business and not Wal-Mart who is clearly just trying to cut costs as demonstrated with this horrible insurance company they use.

They replaced the timing belt and did a bunch of things to get my car in prime running condition. Then they put those amazing wheels on my car and this really made it pop. Thorough, professional and Rocco made recommendations without trying to sell me anything. I've watched them grow from a service center to a specialization in high-end cars and now they've added a used car selection. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a used car from Rocco because I know it will be running perfectly, Congratulations on your well-deserved growth Rocco and family.

Here was my google review: I recently had my Mercedes C300 (you can see in the images) in for a few service items. Overall the work that they did was phenomenal, and that's something I would rate five stars. However, I don't give them a five-star rating because of the staff I had to deal with when picking up my car. When I picked up my car, I was dealing with one of the male desk clerks and he had this rushy, don't wanna help attitude when speaking to me. When I tried to ask questions as well, the answers were most of the time vague and unhelpful, and at moments, he didn't seem like he was willing to grab a tech who knew what he was talking about. This was a stark contrast between the female employee I spoke to on the phone, who was willing to help me in any way that I needed when I asked. Overall, my experience at Cantech was mixed due to my experience with the one male employee. I would have loved to remain a loyal customer of Cantech, but I hope it is understandable that I'm afraid I can no longer be so. (Guess this is why they have a 3.7 star rating on yelp.) I had received servicing to my cars from Cantech before this service and I think I now realize how they run: they treat people with high cars and deep bank accounts like gold, while people with less special cars get treated like garbage. You can just see this in how they actually park the cars in their lot: the high end cars and cars they are selling get parked out front of their main building, while all the lesser cars they work on get parked on the side of their building, almost like a car corral (see below). Another reviewer of Cantech on google put it that they were snobs and through dealing with them, this always seems to be the case. Additionally, they really don't care about keeping new customers at Cantech. The main way that I see this happen is through the way they price their services for new customers: they will most times double the price of a service to keep customers away while, older, more reoccurring customers will get there normal rate. I don't know why they drive way new customers but I suppose it really doesn't matter because they have tons of older customers they can rely on. If you need more proof of their lack of care for new customers, you can just look at the comments from the owner of Cantech and his responses to lower star reviews on Google: he most times does just except that "this customer will no longer be a customer of Cantech" (The words he states in numerous of his responses to newer customers) and does not try to make things right with the customer. I get that you wouldn't want to overly try to regain a customer, but a little bit of trying, would overall give all your customers a better perception of your brand. To put another way, If one of your recurring customers sees that you're treating a newer, less occurring customer with trashy behavior, but yet the other customer like gold, recurring customer is less likely to trust you since you're willing to treat others like trash. In this business world, you have to understand that brand image is everything and even the smallest link has a great impact on overall brand image. I hope you keep these words in mind.
