I chose this company to have my brakes checked based on positive reviews and am very glad I did! I told Mike the manager that I only wanted an estimate as I couldn't pay today. No problem, they were not busy and they took my car right away. It didn't take long and he comes out and says my brakes are fine! I was shocked, after all the squealing and noises they were making. He said they might need cleaning and greasing but not new brakes. He could've completely put new brakes in and charged me and I would never have known. I'm a customer for life! read more

I have been going to this location since 2015 through 3 vehicles I have owned. I have always been given honest answers and a fair price. They have done all of my routine oil changes and NYS inspections as well as brake jobs. I have always been given an honest response about the severity of recommended work whether it was about my tires and how long they felt I could wait and my brakes. No one has ever been pushy or rude with me or made me feel like they tried to take advantage of me being a woman with minimal car knowledge. I was driving after the holidays from Buffalo to Albany going down the Thruway my truck sounded like the engine was coming apart. At the halfway point going through Syracuse New York I managed to get off the Thruway so I could attempt to find a repair center on Saturday afternoon. The first place I attended was a Goodyear. They told me possibly Monday or Tuesday they could look at it. Thinking the engine is knocking and going to internally fail I asked the manager to give me a quick opinion in the parking lot. After waiting 30 minutes a Goodyear technician came out and had me start the vehicle. After 30 seconds he told me to shut it off closed my hood and said the engine is junk and knocking. Driving to pick up a rental I pass a Midas so I pull in. The manager met me in the parking lot hearing the noise from my truck. He had me open the hood and inspected the noise. They pulled my truck in. The manager looking at it himself then told me the air conditioning compressor has blown apart causing the knocking noise. Not having spare money to install a new compressor also Midas was extremely busy the manager had the compassion for my situation and removed the AC belt so I could make it home safely. Went here the other day, needed to have my coolant hose looked at. Unfortunately, all of their computer systems were down so they weren't going to be able to do anything. I asked the manager, Bob, if there was anyway they could just look at it. He said even if they looked at it they couldn't do anything for me. However, he said they would be more than happy to look. Brought it in, was a simple fix and they let me go. I was so grateful for the excellent service I had to post about it. They were friendly and helpful! Will definitely be going back! read more
