I was awaiting my insurance to send me road side assistance (which would take hours). As I was waiting, Tim from Northwest Automotive came and pulled my car out of the ditch, completely saving the day (and me!) I cannot thank him enough. They just let it eat up three whole sets of tires in that amount of time and batted away my concern with the 5-10 degrees of negative camber that had resulted, saying the "ball joints don't usually go bad"... Vehicles don't "usually" have death wobble either... Guy just wants to do the least amount of work and get it back out the door, like they are too busy everyday.

If you want to be overcharged , have failed parts welded with jbweld instead of replaced, have…read moredamaged transmission lines replaced with garden hoses and clips instead of replaced all the while being charged outrageous prices for them and finally have "warranty" parts fail well within their warranty period and then have the shop not stand by their work this shop is for you. I had all of the above in a transfer case repair that was later determined to be as stated by my current mechanic; whats worse is Sharps agreed with me on the phone but claimed they couldn't get their parts suppliers to stand by their product then gave me a business insurance case that took 3 weeks to blanket deny the claim. These are facts. I have the transfer case to prove it. I will see them in court. you should see them never.

He did my 45th Anniversary Camaro inside and out. I was actually more impressed with the inside than out. Every surface looked like new!! The outside looked very nice too. He did wheels, soft top, engine bay and dressed the tires as well. Payed a little extra to get it buffed, not just hand waxed. Might get it clay barred next time. Will definitely go back!

Sure enough, got charged $27 twice and will likely get charged my normal monthly payment here in a few days. Called twice no answer.
