I immediately turned around and brought it back. After looking at it, they told me I had a rusted brake line. I don't believe that was the case. They had been working in that same area, and I believe the brake line was damaged while they were servicing my truck. To make matters worse, the tune-up itself was not done correctly. My truck still doesn't run right. I took the truck back so they could make it right under their 2-year parts and labor warranty, but I got no help. I dropped it off at 7:00 a.m., left it there all day, and when I returned, they told me they couldn't get it in and said, "Try again tomorrow." That's not standing behind your work or honoring your warranty. I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I had told them I couldn't pay the $924.00 bill when I picked it up last Friday. I'm sure they wouldn't have accepted that excuse, yet they expected me to accept theirs. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I expected quality work, accountability, and customer service. Instead, I left with a brake problem, a tune-up that wasn't done right, and a warranty that, in my experience, meant nothing. Please beware of this shop. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting them with your vehicle.

There was a wiring issue, they assured me they could deal with that. I told them I would be driving it to Florida in the winter, so I needed it to be ready to go. I specifically asked them to make sure the transmission fluid and servicing was good. So, I picked up the motorhome drove it back home to Bay City. I knew it would be needing tires. I discovered that the repair facility let me roll out of there with 50 lb when there should have been a hundred and five pounds of air pressure. You know what happens when there's a bad tire issue on a motorhome? It's not pretty! Then, on the trip down to Florida, there was a mysterious transmission issue. Seemed to resolve itself. Now, I'm driving back from Florida, and transmission issue reappeared yesterday driving through Knoxville, about halfway. Overheating, and error codes. Got into the Allison automatic repair facility. Transmission needs complete servicing, NEVER SERVICED SINCE NEW, and there's an issue with a speed sensor. So, Courtesy truck repair charged me about $1,300 for an oil change, and a cobbled electrical repair, that's probably going to need attention in the future. Based on my experience, AVOID THIS PLACE!
