Took the car to get a window fix bc the window wouldn't roll down on the drivers side. The most expensive thing they could charge for without proof of the motor not actually working. Bc the windows worked on the passenger side just not the drivers. When they said it was ready and we went to pick it up the windows still didn't work. They also used 20 miles of my gas and didn't refill the tank. We left it another day since it still wasn't ready and when we came back the next day they used another 20 miles. Dropped off the car with over 70 miles in gas and came back to 30 miles left to the tank. They didn't even refill the tank until my husband said something. Gas is expensive and they don't care to use yours. Take a picture of your gas and mileage before drop off if you're not getting the engine fixed bc they will take it for a joyride or run errands in YOUR car. Very unprofessional. Also, you can feel the racism walking into the office. Too many old beer belly white men who think they're too good to say good morning back to a brown person or just ignore us walking in.
