I had something simple to get done. I probably could've done it myself, but I wanted to make sure there were no surprises. They were busy, but they squeezed me in. They charged me very little for the quick work. 50 days to repair damages for an estimated 9 day repair! Wrong parts were installed and we had to…read morepoint out the errors. Returned the vehicle 3 times for work to be completed. During the repair process, someone in the shop damaged the driver seat and they released the car after it had been "inspected " by the shop hoping we wouldn't catch it. They do not communicate about the status of the repairs unless we reached out first. At one point after having the car all day, they said they had to get an approval from the insurance company to order the correct bumper cover. The one they had already installed was not a fit but they put it in on anyway hoping we wouldn't notice. We personally called the insurance company immediately and had the approval in less than 5 mins. Perhaps they are selective about the jobs they get right. It appears they get enough 5 stars to offset the total disastrous experiences like ours. Walk away now and avoid all the extra stress to an already stressful accident experience.

When I asked progressive to take my car to CC they said they were backed up & wouldn't get me in for months. I said I'd like to call them myself & ask. They got me in immediately! I was given a completion date of 1/7. It was ready 12/30. I dropped it off 12/23. They closed early for Christmas Eve & were closed Christmas Day. They still had my car ready & detailed a full week early! I expected it to hit delays with the holidays but was ecstatic to have my car back early. Everything was perfect. Matt kept me informed & even called me early on 12/30 to let me know my car was waiting to be detailed & I could then pick it up. He then called to let me know it would be ready to go by 4:15pm. I'm not sure what's up with some of these negatives here but I've personally used this shop twice now. I've also referred 2 others. Not once have we ever had any issues. This is an excellent body shop with prompt & accurate customer service. A body shop that follows through & keeps you updated along the way. You've got it all at crash champions! From the guy I met who answered all of my questions, to the text updates I get. To the answers I got when I called in and how fast they answer the phones. Whoever set up their operations, whoever manages this place, and the staff that are there, I genuinely give 10 stars. I look forward to seeing my car. Update: My care looked amazing!!
