Lo and behold, this Texaco car wash place popped up. I read a few reviews and I decided to try it out. There was about four cars ahead of me. The reviews warned us about the wait time. There is wait that depends on the type of car wash package you select. I estimated @10-15 minutes per car. I didn't know where to pay and I asked my sister to run into the convenience store to check if I needed to pay first. You can pay inside and you will receive a receipt with a code that you enter into a machine that is located near the entrance of the car wash. Or you can pay at the machine as well. Your choice. Pay attention to the instructions and lighted signs! It will guide you into the automatic car wash with ease. It's pretty loud inside so be prepared! Pricing is really great at $10 for the basic- Deluxe Wash, $14 for the premium wash, $17 for the ultimate wash, and $20 for Ceramic shine. See photo for more information. It's an automatic car wash , so be prepared to wipe down your car with a towel after you exit and find a place to park. The dryer doesn't get every spot. If you want air for your tires, vacuum, or water, it will cost you. Bring your coins. Appeared that some features are broken. Overall, a good experience for my old and now cleaned up car!

All of this before 6am in the morning. Good morning to all! But then it's my turn. I pay $20, get the ceramic coating etc... etc... and in the end, they fix the problem with the car ripping off my back wiper. They fixed it! Because it didn't wash half of the back of my car. I didn't see anything on my rental car agreement and the service representative didn't mention it upon pick upof the vehicle. I turned in my rental car key, then asked about filling the tank. Yup... It would cost more if the rental company did it. Uhg!!! Luckily, Aloha Gas was down the street - on the corner of Kahuhipa Street and Kamehameha Highway. I got the key back, filled the tank, then returned to the rental car company to drop the key and car off. LOL... Thanks for the convenience, Aloha Gas Station!

What is hard is there is about 8 vacuum stalls during peak hours. Customers either wiping down their cars with the free complimary cloth while waiting for those stalls to open up. The business limit vacuum use for 10 mins so can free up the stalls. You can purchase their microfiber cloth but I bring my Costco microfiber cloth to use. I like the Kapolei location as there are more vacuum/wipe stations available here due to being a bigger location. I'm glad that I have Waipio location which is closer to where I live. The cost for service is $20.94. Card payment only, do not think they accept cash but ask. They have membership option as well. I prefer to wash my car at least once a month if can.

Keith seems to be the only guy working here. There's a gal in the convenience store that handles the gas dispensers. She told me that Keith will be right with me. I think Keith took a car around the block for a spin. Then he had to attend to a guy that maybe had a serious problem. When Keith had time, I asked him to check my oil level since the indicator light flashed on. He asked me to move my car closer. I had parked on the other side of the building because the right side was filled with vehicles. Eventually, he got to me, turned on the ignition and saw the indicator light. He popped the hood, whipped out the oil stick and showed me that the level was fine. He said the light could have been triggered by the oil not circulating... or other reasons. Hmmm... Ok... At least I had enough oil! I appreciate his quick diagnosis - especially because I was a walk-in and an unknown...
