This company is terrible for the customer. They double charge you and will not fix their billing…read more We have gotten one cylinder exchange every two months for some time now. They said they delivered two tanks in November, charged us for two, but we only received one. We had to order another one in January (per our normal usage of one tank every two months). They will not fix their mistake. They also often push us out from our original delivery date and you just have to hope you don't run out of propane. We will be going elsewhere for our propane needs!

Be careful...no show for first 3 appointments...after first phase was done on 4th appointment…read moreworkmanship was substandard and had to be re-done. After balance of work was done on second phase we failed inspection. I called Gas Taxi three times and left messages of the building inspection rejection and never received a return call over several days. My forth call to them was to threaten to report them to the building department. At that point I had a call within minutes and a visit that day. In addition they broke a part on a new fire-pit when they installed and have never re-placed as promised...almost a year. This company does not seem to be in control.
