He also shared measures they've already and still plan to enact to remedy some of the issues I ran into originally. While there were some communications challenges throughout the installation process, the overall professionalism and competence of staff is very good. In my recent interactions, they have demonstrated that they do care about customer service and satisfaction. Their billing invoices are still somewhat confusing and vague, but they are working on making them better. I would like to publicly acknowledge two people on our job that went above and beyond. First was Jose who did the installation, he identified that the lines didn't have to run the attic and other site survey errors that saved us time and pain. He was personable and professional and took pride in his work. The other was Tara who assisted us in identifying and rectifying billing errors and took the time to call and discuss each of my concerns in detail.

The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.

I went to…read moreTampa, Florida on Saturday, October 19th 2019 and paid $8,000.00 for two (2) 2013 Mitsubishi Fuso Box body trucks with Lowes written on the sides to the Manager/Owner Anthony of All Auto Hustlers "Auto recycling & used auto parts". Unbeknown to me, this facility does not operate on Saturdays but because Anthony, the Manager/Owner was there he facilitated the sale. He gave me a hand written receipt and a business card. I advised him that I was going back home to arrange the shipment of the trucks. He told me that there is no rush as trucks would be there waiting for me. Afterwards I called Anthony repeatedly to make the necessary arrangements and was told on all occasions that he was not in office. I continued to call and was told by his wife Patty that his son now runs the business and I never got the opportunity to speak with him as I was always told he was busy. I spoke with Patty on 4 occasions asking questions on how to move to the trucks to Miami. * I spoke with Secretary dawn on July 10 2020 * I spoke with Christian on June 6 2021 * I spoke with Patty on August 15 2021 * I spoke with Patty on April 13 2022 * I spoke with Patty on April 20 2022 Due to Covid, I was unable to travel. I called on May 19 2023 and spoke with Patty and was told that the trucks were gone. I asked her if I am going to refunded and she said no, the trucks are gone. I went on further to emphasize that it would be illogical and senseless for anyone to give away $8,000.00 and her response was "They are gone, the trucks are gone". Her response was without regard or care. My niece called on my behalf and spoke to Mike on 10/14/25 and left a message for Anthony to return her call. Mike was very rude, disrespectful and brash from the beginning of the call and after hanging up on her multiple times he started yelling saying that he is not woke and again hung up on her! There was absolutely no reason for him to bring that into the conversation but he did! RUDE!!!! Mike you should not be conducting or handling the business at all! The only fair request is for the money to be refunded for the paid products that were never received!! Read the other 1 star reviews for similar stories and ones that also called out Mike in a similar light!! I am requesting to be contacted by the business owner Anthony Black directly! We are also business owners and this is not how you conduct fair and honest business.
