However, the repair didn't last more than a few days before the same problem came back. When I contacted them again, it took several calls before anyone followed up. The technician eventually returned but seemed rushed and didn't fully explain what was wrong. I ended up paying more than I expected for a temporary fix. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent. I really wanted to give them a chance, but the results were disappointing. I'd rate them 2 stars for effort, but not for reliability.

However, perhaps it was foolish of us to try engage this company again for another plumbing issue, but after yet another set of weeks of following up and THREE no show appointments we've moved on to another company to do our plumbing work for us. Net - the work is good once finally completed - and good value - but be ready for endless following up and being stood up several times before the project is complete.

The person I contracted with promised to be on the job with two others from start to finish, he did not. My complaints were brushed aside as if my fault, like when I complained that the air conditioner does not reach the top floor adequately or that the ceiling repaired back after being opened to repair flute. I was told that "awe are not carpenter." I am currently sweating and using a fans on the upper level of my home, I foolishly paid in full thinking my warranty would be honored. the job was done in April of 2022. My central air stopped working at 3am this morning and like everyone else I said to myself, "Oh no, not in the middle of July"! I called All Phase at 8am and they dispatched a tech to my home within 6 hours which given the workload that all HVAC contractors have this time of year was very quick service. The tech arrived early, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and dove right into the repair and within less than 2 hours the problem was diagnosed, fixed correctly and the tech himself was very polite and made sure the work area was completely clean and left no debris, an excellent piece of work. Quite honestly even if another contractor offered to do it for free I'd still rather have All Phase Heating and Cooling do the work. There work is simply excellent and they stand behind there work and their prices are reasonable given what their competitors charge. As a matter of fact when they installed my central air conditioning unit their price was about $2,000 less than the big name HVAC contractors that everyone is familiar with due to their large amount of money they spend on advertising. All Phase is by far a much better choice given how expensive HAVC work can be. Try them you won't be disappointed. That's the truth!

They said someone would call me in the morning. The next morning I got a call at 08:00AM. All Phase said a service tech would be there at 11:00. 10:45AM the truck is out side. The tech took a look, told me I needed a condenser and installed in in 15 minutes. As a bonus, he told me my coils were dirty and showed me how to clean them by cleaning them. I wish I could give 0 stars…read more I wanted a whole home humidifier installed in my apartment. Jim's son came next day and installed it back in October 2018. It never performed the way it should have, and Jim would not come take a look at it, only trouble shoot over the phone, and tell me Im doing it wrong. After calling the manufacturer, I was told the problem was that it was hooked up to the cold water line, when it needs to be on the hot water line. Took 3 months of back and forth and ignoring my calls for Jim to finally come and switch the line over at the end of January 2019. Almost immediately after entering my home to make the repair, Jim insulted me, saying I don't know anything about these units, and this is the first one in the thousands that he's installed that didn't work properly. He then over tightened the self piercing saddle valve (which I have since learned are against code in the state of New Jersey), causing it to leak. He became confrontational and blamed me for this leak. He then put some tape and puddy on the leak and got it to stop long enough for him to tell me I was all set and left. Sure enough 2 days later, I came home to puddles of water leaking from my HVAC closet. Jim wouldn't return my phone calls and I had to call in an emergency plumber to fix the situation. They told me that self piercing saddle valves are against code in NJ and are a cheap short cut from doing it right and prone to leaking. I paid over $700 to fix this and install the proper shut off valve, and remove the dead saddle valve on the cold water line. Also after installing this humidifier, my furnace now "short cycles", because its not getting enough air to the furnace as air is being borrowed for the humidifier. Ive called a real company to handle this problem. Overall Jim does not know which humidifier to install based on my HVAC needs. He cuts corner with parts that are against code and has created more problems that he solves. My advice call someone else, or at the very least dont let him put a self piercing saddle valve in your house.

Terrible customer service, expensive and my heater is still broken…read more I spent a lot to have my heater fixed by Interstate (serviceman divulged the company marks up the cost of parts by 300%) and it broke again within warranty. I took the day off of work for an appointment to have it fixed and they never showed. I called their office 3xs asking when the serviceman would show up and they repeatedly assured me he would but couldn't commit to a time. The day passed with no call and no technician. Now the warranty has expired - how convenient for Interstate. The owner called to apologize, but I'm still sitting in the cold with a broken heater. BEWARE!!
