Avoid this place. Their car wash ripped off my back bumper, and the district manager couldn't have cared less. ZERO accountability, just a flat-out refusal to take responsibility for damage caused by their equipment. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional from start to finish. They also claim they only cover damage on newer cars. If you value your car, go anywhere else. I wish I could give them negative stars. read more

For the second time now, I've had to deal with this car wash attendant with a serious attitude. I understand it's your job to get sales and get people to sign up for memberships. However once I say I'm not interested, getting an attitude and scoffing really isn't going to make me want to do business. That's the last car wash I buy there. Terrible customer service. If you like standing in line while a car attendant tries to make his sales pitch to a customer to sell them a package, then you will love this business. I waited 10 minutes in line with 3 cars behind me to get through this car wash. When I asked the attendant if he was going to be long because I had to get back to work, he replied that he was trying to run a business here. I then asked if he could possibly talk to his customer at the end of the wash and there by letting the rest of us patrons go through he got offended and asked if he should call the police. My response.... hey there is no law being broken here, I'm just asking why protocol here wouldn't be to talk to a customer at the end of the wash so that the other customers could get through ? I then asked if I could have his name so that maybe his manager could be aware of this terrible service, he refused to answer ???? There are many other car washes out there that will make it a priority to keep the line running with a curtesy to other paying members. i highly suggest you find another car wash. read more

When in Yorkville , the Gas and wash is the only place to get gas !! Friendly employees and the best service

I pulled up and realized I had to pay inside. I go inside and give the girl $60 dollars and come out to pay for my gas. I see the sign that said gas $3.79 a gallon with cad wash. So I finished putting gas in my car a proceed to go back indoors to get my receipt and I tell the girl Well I want the car wash. And they look at me like I'm stupid. And the other girl that took my money comes back and says what and I'm like well I'd like to get the deal with the car wash. She said to me that because I already pumped my gas I couldn't get that deal.. Unlike is this gas and wash? Because these girls don't know how to run a register I was so pissed I didn't say anything I just walked out..if this owner is not going to train these girls on a register that what the hell are we going here for. I can not say enough bad things about the manager and employees that work there. I can't even explain how rude and high and mighty they act about it as well. Instead of Being calm and actually making sure people are doing something wrong before you act like a complete irrational person maybe you should make sure your right about your assumptions at all. The staff is super helpful. The car wash manager will really try to give you the best deals there is. The attendants inside will be very helpful and help you with your gas card and everything for discounts. Plus the car wash washes my car better then delta sonic and I use to have their unlimited package as well. read more

BEWARE....if you have a 10 year or older car!!! The harsh action of the car wash tore off the frame and axle...most of the underbody...we were unable to drive it home and had it towed to the salvage yard! We are grateful for the many miles the car ran, but the car wash traumatized our granddaughter with the grinding under the car, and being hit in the rear end by the driver behind us. The rough ride ruined our car! There is a sign posted saying they are not responsible but it is after you pay and close to the entrance so it's too late to back out. THINK twice if you have an older car and aren't ready to spend a lot for a new one in today's overpriced car market. read more
