Thanks to Yelp Services, I quickly found Platinum Window Cleaning and Power Washing and requested a quote. Being a local business, I got a quick response and Sergio stopped by in a little while to check out the job. As he described what he'd be able to do for our patio, the man obviously has a passion for quality. He even had samples along of the grout he would use and when he quoted his price, it was very reasonable. He came back a few hours later and set to power washing. He has the washer on a trailer, not one of those portable units and man, did it do the job in no time flat. Moss, gone. Mold, bye-bye. Ants, sayonara! And the bricks looked great. He returned the next morning and brushed in the poly grout, taking the step of adding a little extra grout around the perimeter of the patio to keep the bricks on the edge stable. Since the weather was cooperative, he was able to return a few hours later and apply a wet look sealer and he also roped off the patio until it was dry. By the evening, we were able to move our Adirondack chairs back on the patio and enjoy a couple of cocktails under the stars. Great job, Sergio! Our patio looks new again thanks to you.
